Ants were everywhere in our room and I got bit quite a number of times in the middle of the night. I told the front desk and was never offered any kind of discount or anything. The breakfast was frequently out of items and the eggs were cold. Air conditioning unit in the room had mold on it. On the good side, the staff was nice, the sheets and beds were clean and the bathroom was clean.

The check in was flawless and the clerk was the nicest person. She made our trip. The room was very nice, mattress was so comfortable. The bathroom was really nice and the shower was roomy!! Check out was not until 12 and we slept in. Truly the single best hotel we have ever stay in!!!!

A nice place, until the thieving local riff raff descend for an overnight hit. Security needs to up their game. Two major incidents in the last three months of dozens of car break-ins and larceny does not make for a safe environment. You might want to adjust your auto insurance policy for comprehensive and lower deductibles for the time you're staying here.

Due to a great amount of QC events - our normal Concord hotels were booked. My mom was in the hospital and we had a longer commute, but the peace & quiet made up for it. The (Mon-Fri) breakfast was on-par with other hotels, it was a better offering on Saturday. The pool although an exterior one, was closed for our stay ' off-season" - mind you it was nearly 90 degrees while we were there. NO mention was on their website or anywhere near the pool area - VERY disappointing to learn that in the lobby at check-in. We had just arrived from our west - and even another east coast Hilton - all pools both in and outdoors (of those locations) were fully operational for guests. A family had a wedding party booked, upon hearing that we were concerned but they were mild, quiet, and did NOT disturb hotel guests. Many guys appeared to be checking out on FRI and clearly were regular guests. Small refrigerators in the room, beds slept well, and nice latrines. There is plenty of parking with cameras pointed towards the parking lot. MORE exterior lighting could be used around the property. There are a few nearby eateries and gas stations - otherwise it is not a highly populated area.

Sylvia and the other staff went above and beyond and were fantastic during my stay. Would absolutely stay here for any trip in the Rowan County area. The hotel is clean the people are very kind go above and beyond. I was impressed from check in to check out top notch

We had about 40 people staying at the hotel for our daughter's wedding weekend and everything went great! I worked with Kim for almost a year and it was a joy! She added rooms as we needed them and was a joy to talk with. Felicia and Krystina and Jessica---everyone at the front desk----was personable and treated our guests with wonderful hospitality. Communication was always great! We had everything we needed plus some. Thanks!

I stayed at The Hampton Inn Salisbury for a night when attending a friends bday party. The room was clean and it was so nice to have a hot shower and a fresh bed to fall into. The included breakfast was awesome. One of the best I’ve had. Great place to stay.
