Just average
I was on a two night stay. The staff was pleasant enough, but for a location of this caliber I expected more.
There was no complementary coffee in the lobby, but there was a flavored water in a community service center. When i came back from work the second evening, my room had not gotten any service, coffee refresh, etc. I had to go the front desk to ask about getting coffee for the next morning. There was a fight in the room above me after midnight. The staff didn't address the issue and it went on for nearly two hours.
Some of these things are unusual and challenging to manage. The service level isn't one.

Josh Gray the manager was exceptional. He was very professional courteous and personable. The bistro staff of Janeen and Ginger were also very nice and accommodating. Kylee in housekeeping went above and beyond retrieving my cane and electric toothbrush I left behind and contacted me regarding that. Aritzy made my room up the days I was there and was very engaging and asked me how I was and how was I enjoying my trip and room. Overall, a 10 star out of 5!!!!!!

Very noisy neighbors. Upstairs and next door were so noisy at late hours. The ‘bar’ was really bad. The ‘bartenders’ were nice but they didn’t know how to make a drink. I booked your property because of the advertised bar and the drinks were really bad.
