A good place to stay

The hotel was very clean. There were some small imperfections, the wood shelving in the bathroom was worn, and the caulking between the shower wall and ceiling was sloppy. The shower floor was quite slippery—I had to place a washcloth down to avoid slipping. The hotel provides Dove products in the bathroom, which was a nice touch. There was a strong chemical odor throughout the hotel. Also, breakfast is not included and costs around $10, depending on what you order. You have to request for your room to be cleaned. I read some reviews about mold in the rooms but I didn't notice any smell at all in my room. Really, it's a very clean hotel and I will stay again when I'm in the area.

There were bugs in our daughter’s bed - please see the attached photos for evidence of the many bites she endured. My biggest complaint here is that we notified the staff on duty that next morning and they didn’t care, and then I twice called the hotel manager but never received a response. I also posted this on the company corporate reviews page and received no response. Terrible customer service!

This was a very nice hotel stay. The bed sheets and pillows were divine! The king bed was extremely comfortable. The room was large as was the bathroom which had a wonderful large shower. The breakfast - $7 per person - was great. Only minor complaints I'd have were the in room small fridge hummed a bit too loudly and there was a quiet, odd kind of trickling water sound at times through the night.

This is a beautiful hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful and really seemed to care how I liked everything. They seem to be proud of their hotel. I had a 3 night stay so I was able to see and interact with the staff more than once. Management should be proud of his/her staff.

I have stayed here two to three times a year since it has opened. Nice staff, great location but the property is starting to show a little wear and tear.

Clean, comfortable sheets and bed!

This is one of favorite places to stay when in Salina but was very disappointed this time. When you entered the building there was an awful smell in the lobby. We thought that it might be from the pool but the pool was fine. When we got in the elevator the smell got stronger and much worse. Not sure what it was...........maybe the carpet?? Our room was on the 4th floor and the hallway didn't smell very nice either.

The dining room and breakfast in particular was a joke. Service was good but food inedible. Fire the kitchen manager and stop doing breakfast
