Only been here 45 minutes and already leaving this review. I would find a different hotel but I’ve got an exhausted kid who is already asleep. Smoke alarm is hanging off the wall. Front desk guy was dismissive about it and more worried about how the room smelled. Told me they were “renovating”. Venetian blinds are dark grey instead of beige because of filth. Found a spider in the bed. The leather chair looks like it was attached by a cat. Sign ripped off the inside of the door with the glue still there. Bathroom fan sounds like a plane taking off. Theres a large sticky spot in the carpet by the bed. Edited to add: I contacted IHG directly by using their chat feature. They created a case number for me and told me they also would contact the manager directly. The front desk staff the next morning were kind and helpful. I did get a full refund via email from the manager. So I appreciate them making it right, but I still would not recommend staying there.

Fire alarm sounded twice in the middle of the night. No explanation given. Early flight with no sleep the night of our stay.Shuttle never showed to pick us up from the airport. When calling to inquire the phone was not answered multiple times and then got disconnected. I will not return.

Candlewood overbooked the hotel. When I arrived at 6 PM, they "didn't have" my suite. That means they'd booked more suites than they actually had. It didn't matter that I was a rewards member and that I'd pre-paid for the suite; there was no suite. I had booked a two-bedded suite so my friend would have space. The person at the desk tried to give us a one-bedded room, saying we could share the bed or my friend could sleep on the sofa. After pushing back, we got a small two-bedded room, so at least we wouldn't have to share a bed. The rooms lights were all on motion sensing timers. This meant if you took a shower that lasted more than five minutes, the lights would go out. It happened to me three times in two days. You could easily get hurt, especially with the loose steel shower rack hanging off one side of the shower. The room had an odd smell, and I had an allergic reaction to what I guess was uncleaned pet dander. The walls were streaked and dirty. The furniture was badly worn with dozens of holes in the upholstery. There was no microwave in the kitchenette, instead just a hole in the cupboard where it would go.

I’m heartsick, I stayed here years ago and it was just ok. Tried it again in Feb 2025 I got a 1 bedroom suite on the 4th floor pd 63 plus tax was over the moon. Clean updated. I called 4 weeks ago spoke to Heather asked if I could get that rate she said no but you can get the same room for 80 plus tax, I had to postpone by 2 days spoke to another young lady who I got to know last stay an artist, she said she saw my reservation and changed it. I called the next day to postpone 1 more day and someone went in an manually removed my reservation and he quoted me 125 plus tax WHATTTT This hotel has an old laundry room, a broken coffee machine a small gym. It cost me 671 I get in here the floors rug matted down and like someone poured syrup on it the entire floor. The toilet had hair under the toilet seat and the tub was dirty. I’m depressed their answer is you can leave. Wow The furniture was worn badly right down to the material and the desk chair as well. At 126 a night they should have 48” TVs at least.
