Very clean comfy rooms Excellent ambiance Super helpful staff Exquisite interior of rooms and hotel in whole Awesome breakfast and food. Goa is not only about beaches Only 20 rooms hotel, very safe place but is 4-6 kms away from busy streets or beaches. In rains Goa is much beautiful. Lush green Repeat Travellers and who want to relax and enjoy. Cab service required every time

The stay was incredible. The staff was very polite and responded quickly. The property was an old portugal villa converted into a hotel and so is very beautiful and well maintained. The amenities include a swimming pool, jacuzzi, pool table, spa etc. All in all, a very good place to spend a relaxed vacation

The hotel is magnificent especially the staff.. rarely see such friendly staff and that too each and everyone of them. Kudos to the HR team also. Well kept hotel, serene surrounds and they helped me with taxi ride when I was in dire straits. The breakfast by chef Narendra is great too. I will definitely come back ! The is an old authentic building and the facilities and amenities are really first class. The staff are very responsive and eager to help to all your needs. In nut shell it is a small well serviced hotel and very pleasant starting from furnishing food beverages

Fantastic boutique hotel in the ITC group. The team comprised of Jayvant, Savita, Narendra, Ajay, Laltu, Nikhil and even the security guards Sudhir and Rajiv led by Arpit are doing a great job in providing great service to the guests. I stayed here for 3 nights and the team did everything to make my stay seamless and trip to Goa fantastic. From arranging a rental car from reliable provider at no extra cost to preparing a really good Khichdi middle of night to keeping umbrella, water in my car everytime we went out. The pool is bit small but compensated by the jacuzzi bar. The property has multiple places to chill out, read a book from their small library or play pool on the 2nd floor. The spa is really good and well maintained and the massage given by Nikhil was really healing. The property is very well maintained and the rooms are fit with a bathtub and all modern accessories. Finally the food in itself was one of the best I had in Goa and you should come to have the Goan lunchbox even if not staying at this property. Both the chef Narendra ji and Ajay are very courteous and look after your needs with genuine care. The main beaches are 10-30 mins away from here. Overall a great visit and highly recommended property.

It was an amazing experience. Will definitely visit again. My kind regards to the team, especially Suraj and Laltu at the Jacuzzi Pool bar. I will definitely visit again, it was a memorable stay. The location of this hotel is also a plus point.

Fabulous property. Quaint and rich with history. With just 20 rooms, each with an unique collection of antique furniture the place has all the modern trappings of comfort. Stayed for 3 memorable nights ... great hospitality and some awesome food. The entire staff staring with Jaywant, running the property are absolute stars in the hospitality business. Made our stay joyful. Left with a promise to self to return - probably book the whole place with 20 friends...

Everything about the hotel is excellent. From the room size to the attentiveness of the staff to the swimming pool and jacuzzi bar. Location is quiet but only a couple of kilometres away from the busiest part of goa. The breakfast is good and the staff goes out of their way to accommodate special requests. I almost didn't feel like leaving the hotel during my 5 day stay.
