The room was very comfortable & well planned. Had a good stay. Breakfast was good & very elaborate. But lunch & dinner has similar spread all the time. Please improve on that..........................................................

Location is but inside but manageable as you will have your own vehicles. Good spacious rooms and amenities. Little less variety of options in breakfast. Rest everything was good of the hotel, good cleanliness, good staff.

It was our biggest mistake booking here and leaving another 5 star hotel. They do not clean the rooms and just make the bed. Never took the garbage and leave all the utensils unclean. Very rude and unprofessional staff. We lost our apple pro buds and they never helped us, even we showed them the last location of the buds in the hotel only ! if you guys planning to stay only 1 night then go for it but rest very very poor service. Asked for glasses and cups and waited like 3 hours before they got delivered! the most pathetic breakfast of my life! no choice at all! same things everyday and with no taste but as soon as you order from menu which they going to charge then small potions with huge prices will come ! refills in the toilet leaked and we literally had to buy soap and shower gel from outside shop as they were again ignoring the requests ! most pathetic hotel stay of my life

It was a wonderful stay for us. It's a place which gives homely feel with hotel services. The staff , hygiene, food, ambience all of it was superb. We would love to comeback again to citadines soon. So if your planning for Goa then you must try Citadines.

Our decision to book this hotel and leave another 5-star hotel was our biggest mistake. The hotel does not properly clean the rooms; they merely make the beds. They never emptied the trash and left all the utensils dirty. The staff was very rude and unprofessional. We lost our Apple Pro Buds and received no assistance from them, despite showing them the last known location of the buds within the hotel. If you're planning to stay just one night, this might be passable, but for any longer stays, be prepared for exceptionally poor service. We had to wait for three hours after requesting glasses and cups before they were delivered. Their breakfast was the worst I've ever had, offering no variety and lacking in taste. However, if you order from the menu, which costs extra, you're given tiny portions at huge prices. The refillable items in the bathroom leaked, and we had to purchase our own soap and shower gel from a nearby shop because they ignored our requests for replacements. This was the worst hotel experience of my life.

Property is very nice, new and well maintained. We loved the property the only thing was the service. It was way too slow, even for a cup of tea we had to wait for more than an hour. We have even given the same feedback to the hotel manager as well
