I have been to multiple 4 stars hotel and this one would be my least favorite of all. Sayed for 5 nights. A few things which the hotel can improve: hotel does not provide a hand towel inside the bathroom even though there is a hand towel hanger. When asked for reception for a hand towel, regular bathing towels were provided. Hotel also does not provide a dry area mat. When coming from wet to dry area, it's not convenient. The bedroom switches are weird. There is no way to make the room completely dark without using the master switch and if you switch off the master switch, there is no light inside the toilet. So to go to the toilet, i have to switch on the master switch which makes the room very bright as there are curtain lights which cannot be switched off normally. When we entered the hotel, there was no security or receptionist to welcome us. It was weird waiting for a couple of minutes outside for baggage check until the hotel staff responded. Note: baggage check machine was not functioning. It was kept for show for all 5 days. If you need to go to the basement, only stairs can be used. Lift can be used only to come from the basement and not vice versa. Caused a few inconveniences to get to my vehicle. There are no soaps provided by the hotel. Instead staff asked to use the hand wash gel. The placement of the hand wash gel was so low that it was very inconvenient to use. Moreover the shampoo, shower and handwash gel all seemed to be the same. At least they smelled the same. The balcony area was handed over completely unclean at check-in. It got cleaned later after a couple of days, but i doubt it would have cleaned if we didn't ask specifically. The dining section is cramped up and overloaded with guests after 9:30 am for breakfast causing a lot of inconvenience. Complementary high tea was not informed at check in. We got to know only on the last day pros the swimming pool is fantastic. Rooms are clean and brand new. The bedding and tv is magnificent. Food tastes and breakfast spread is good i would strongly advise for hotel management to look into the issues as it causes a lot of inconvenience
