We paid full amount before one month during checkin they refused to give room and told sold out no rooms available and refer low quality another property. We went group of ladies they don't even consider and behave rudely and you can complain anywhere. Very worst experience in goa

A decent place to stay near the market and beach. Most of the shops and beaches are 2 km radius. Room service and dining can be improved.

The hotel staff was good but the facilities provided were not up to the mark. There were alot of bed bugs in the room. We couldn't sleep for the whole night thinking of bed bugs. They need to do pest control. No water bottle in the room, no tea or coffee so then what should we do of kettle. Not a single sofa was there to sit. Pool was also very dirty. Also, there should be a mini fridge inside the room.
