Not happy with this day, terrible day no we expect for a five star hotel reception is slow

Second time staying but this time at Citysuites 2. Absolutely in love with the heated pool and steam room. Also tried out the fully-equipped and well-spaced gym. Reception always friendly and helpful. Room fresh and clean. Lovely selection at brekkie. Highly recommend the Eggs Royale. Will defo stay there again next time we’re back.

Lovely accomodation. Couldn't fault at all. Breakfast was a little slow even though we booked a table but overall a really nice stay.

We travelled with teenage son for this UK trip so we preferred 2 Bedroom apartments, our preference is service apartment. This is a good price for this location, this comfort. We booked for 3 nights stay unfortunately they dont provide housekeeping daily, [ no towel change / no dish washing/ etc ] however you may request for housekeeping daily @£45/day!. The rooms are not big though but comfortable enough for 3 adults. 2 Bedrooms 2 bathrooms 2 queen bed , washer , fridge, kitchen, nespresso machine etc .The location is good 5 mins - 10 mins to food, malls etc. They offer special price for car park opposite Qpark at £18/day. That's good for us cheaper than London which cost us £50/day. Cons: The apartment living room lights are too dim, has widnow but locked and feel stuffy. Pros: we prefer service apartments for long trip with family.

The room is clean and sanitary. It is a great value apartment hotel with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is the most spacious and comfortable hotel to stay in the UK. The breakfast is also very good. There is Sainsbury's downstairs and it takes five minutes to walk to Arndale Shopping Center. It is very convenient. If you go to Manchester, you must choose it.

We arrived at night. The driver followed the navigation and went around twice but couldn't find the entrance to the building. Later, he asked people and found out that the entrance to the building could not be parked either. He could only park about 100 meters away from the building. He pushed 4 large suitcases and 3 small suitcases across the cobblestone road to the entrance of the building, and had to carry the heavy suitcases up several steps. There was no waiter to help with the luggage. There was only one waiter at the front desk to check in. The room was large and the kitchen was clean, but there was no bottled water, not even a hair dryer and a mouthwash cup, no toothpaste or toothbrush, but disposable slippers. Breakfast is in another building and needs to be booked in advance, otherwise you will have to wait for a long time. Breakfast is not a buffet, but you have to sit down and order. The waiter was indifferent, probably because he was too busy. Downstairs was very lively at night, with several restaurants and people coming and going. This apartment is really beyond imagination. The location is very good. The surrounding area is very convenient and humid. The room is bigger than I thought. Two people sleep separately. There is a living room in the middle and each has its own private bathroom.

First of all, the location of the hotel is impeccable. You can walk to Victoria Railway Station in about seven minutes, walk to Manchester Cathedral in about two minutes, and walk to the shopping center in about three minutes. The nearby supermarkets, eating, drinking and entertainment are very convenient. The location is excellent. . Secondly, the service of the hotel is very good. From the front desk to the cleaning staff and the maintenance staff, the service is quite good. Especially the cleaning staff saw that my laundry had nowhere to dry and warmly provided me with a floor-standing clothes drying rack. Every other I clean it every seven days and it's pretty clean every time. The hotel has a gym and swimming pool. You can choose different room types according to customer requirements. There are washing machines, dishwashers, microwaves, ovens, and even pots and pans in the room, which is suitable for long-term business trips or short stays for tourism. 👍!

The breakfast is very rich, and the front desk is also very good, allowing me to check in early. Just call Uber The driver often can't find the second seat, everything else is satisfied
