The room was very comfortable and nice, the service and attention from the host has been very good, he is a very kind and attentive person.

Il Rete was amazing! Perfect location for exploring Salerno, close to the train station and main roads. The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and the owners/hosts were wonderful. Very communicative and helpful.

The Hotel canceled our reservation when we arrived at 7pm at night. We had to find another hotel at the last minute. We were booked for 5 days. Experian will not refund our money. Experian say it’s the owner. The owner says it’s Experian. So, we are out our money. Service is terrible.

Extremely loud location - could not sleep
The gentleman at the desk was kind and helpful but the room was so loud I did not sleep the entire night. The streets are loud and it sounded like there were people dragging chains down the street every ten minutes - it was a very disturbing noise. The energy in there is also very strange. It is a cold and very clinical place with the absolute bare minimum: basic bed, thin towels and a bar of soap and a sachet of shampoo. The shower head is directly over the head so you can’t really shower without getting your entire head wet. I could understand this being a €20 a night 2 star motel but absolutely not a hotel running at over €100 a night. Don’t stay here if you need a good night’s sleep and want to feel comfortable.

Posto davvero ben ubicato , vicino alla via principale che porta alle luminarie. L'host è stato davvero molto gentile , ci ha spiegato qualsiasi cosa sia riguardante l'alloggio , sia su Salerno e le sue attrazioni. Ci ha fatto lasciare anche i bagagli il giorno che abbiamo lasciato la camera per non portarli in giro finchè partivamo. Piccola nota negativa , la pulizia , perchè abbiamo trovato un pò di polvere nella camera , ma non eccessivamente da rovinare l'esperienza. Camera molto calda anche senza riscaldamento. Qualità prezzo ottima.
