No 4 stelle ma 2. Camera fredda, termosifone al bagno non funzionante,set bagno con solamente 2 bustine di shampoo e bagno schiuma. Prima colazione deludente con cappuccino e the senza limoni ( non disponibili )e un cornetto.Per scendere in città si deve passare per una scalinata ripida, senza illuminazione e con frutti caduti per terra con rischio di scivolamenti. Tutto ciò per 140 €

Appena arrivati: - L'unica preoccupazione dello staff, farci pagare il pernottamento (ben €180 per una tripla, ovvero una piccola matrimoniale dove hanno aggiunto un letto), non attendendo dunque check out. Da precisare che il prezzo era identico ad una quadrupla ben più grande. Dunque già dal prezzo si evidenzia la scarsa serietà. - Sia nella tripla sia nella quadrupla, termosifone del bagno spento. Abbiamo fatto immeditatamente presente il problema, chiedendo di attivare il riscaldamento almeno per la sera e per la prima parte della mattina (data la presenza di bambini). Il tizio dello staff si è limitato a dire che avrebbe riferito al titolare il quale non ha avuto il garbo di presentarsi, né di risolvere il problema. Dunque per tutto il soggiorno (fortunatamente di una sola notte) abbiamo avuto bagno gelato e stanza riscaldata da un climatizzatore (assenti i termosifoni in camera). In sostanza il riscaldamento era spento in tutta la struttura, riscaldata solo da climatizzatori ove presenti. - La colazione (a pagamento per €15) non era continentale, ma si componeva di: una bevanda a scelta, poche merendine preconfezionate e cornetti scongelati (no frutta, no yogurt, no salato, sebbene lo avessimo espressamente chiesto). - La colazione è stata servita inoltre nella hall (sugli sgabelli del bar), anch'essa ghiacciata, perché nel periodo invernale (sempre per risparmiare su riscaldamento e personale) non aprono la sala colazione!!! Mi chiedo se sia ammissibile che un hotel possa fregiarsi di 4 stelle offrendo servizi inferiori ad una pensione.

This was the least hospitable hotel we encountered in a two week trip to Italy where every where else could not have been nicer. They don't help you with your bags when arriving, and nothing is included. They even charged us extra for the milk to go in our coffee. Would not reccommmend!

Great location, however our last night the hotel held a party until 2 am for an 18th birthday. Was super loud until around 1:30 am right outside of guests’ rooms. The hotel could either block off room availability if holding an event or at least let paying guests know that they won’t sleep that night.Very loud.

The hotel was a average experience, one of the days we stayed the hotel was having a party so we could not use the pool in the evening17-18, the party was on until about 2 in the morning with live music just above our room, next morning we where 2 min late for breakfast and was told it was closed. (if you keep your gests up into the late hours i think it would be reasonable to let your geusts get breakfast 2 min late)
You can relativ easy walk to the old city (if you are not disable) wish is very nice.

This Hotel was probably amazing in its day, but that day is long gone. It is in total disrepair and in need of major updating. The staff was friendly. The location is not great, the view is but getting to and from city center is rough. Half of the escalator was not working, straight up.

Room with a view
Lovely hotel with stunning views over Salerno. Not for the faint hearted if you do t like steps, there approx 450 down the main road, half of tjis coming back is by way of an escalator, if it’s working. Breakfast was lovely around the pool, not a huge selection but enough to start the day off. Staff were really nice and helpful. Pool was lovely although we didn’t use it, but a lazy day could be had there, not sure what you would do for lunch though. About a 40 min walk to the harbour where you can get the ferry over to the Amalfi Coast. If you dont mind a lot of walking then I would def recommend this hotel.

Pratique d'accès au départ en voiture. Piscine pas ouverte, pas de resto avant Juin... descente au port à pied trop difficile.
