Ho deciso di scrivere questa recensione con spirito costruttivo, purtroppo dovendo segnalare alcuni aspetti che mi hanno profondamente deluso. In qualità di persona celiaca, ho visitato Villa Poseidon con l’auspicio di un servizio attento e professionale, aspettandomi che le esigenze alimentari venissero gestite con la dovuta cura. Purtroppo, la nostra esperienza è stata tutt’altro che positiva. Dopo aver atteso ben 40 minuti, l’antipasto tanto promesso non è stato servito: al suo posto ci è stata presentata una modesta porzione di pasta al sugo, mentre gli altri ospiti già gustavano un antipasto completo. Questa gestione, evidentemente poco organizzata, ha lasciato trasparire una mancanza di coordinazione in cucina, che pare non aver compreso l’importanza di garantire un servizio equo per tutti. Ritengo doveroso segnalare che, sebbene l’intento fosse quello di offrire un’esperienza di alto livello, l’attenzione alle esigenze specifiche dei clienti – in questo caso, le richieste per una dieta priva di glutine – è risultata decisamente carente. Spero sinceramente che Villa Poseidon possa rivedere e migliorare il proprio approccio, perché attualmente, gestire le esigenze di un celiaco e garantire una cucina senza glutine non sembra essere per voi; accettare di ospitare clienti implica assumersi l'impegno, con la massima cura e professionalità, di soddisfare tali necessità. Inoltre, spero che non capitino più avvenimenti simili in futuro. Con rispetto, Un cliente che spera in standard più elevati.

In Salerno for the lights. We arrive at the hotel and are welcomed by the professionalism of the receptionist Gabriella. Unfortunately the room was a bit run down. In the bathroom a broken window and a non-working radiator. Shower with lukewarm water in a bathroom with polar temperatures. We politely reported these inconveniences to the owner without asking for anything and informing her only to provide. In response she verbally credited us also taking it out on the hotel staff who were only guilty of having listened to us. Shocking

Not 4 stars but 2. Cold room, bathroom radiator not working, bathroom set with only 2 sachets of shampoo and shower gel. Disappointing breakfast with cappuccino and tea without lemons (not available) and a croissant. To go down to the city you have to go down a steep staircase, without lighting and with fallen fruit on the ground with the risk of slipping. All this for €140
