Spectacular location to move towards the Amalfi coast, port 200 meters away and 100 meters from the train station, if you need to base yourself in Salerno it is the best

Dormito in questa struttura il 2 e 3 maggio. Stanza confortevole, con un balcone in cui trovava posto una comoda poltrona. Vicinissimo alla stazione e ciononostante ben isolato dai rumori della strada. Proprietario molto cortese e prodigo di consigli per visitare la città ed i dintorni. Possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto in box. Torneremo volentieri.

The host was very accommodating. And the location was walking distance to the ferry, train and bus. The trade of is comfort. I have the same comments as someone else did. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and “breakfast” was a coffee and a pastry at a coffee place down the street. So we ended up having breakfast somewhere else, because it seemed like by offering us a coffee and a roll would benefit them by bringing us there so we buy more.

Das Zimmer war hellhörig, der Verkehr sehr laut und die Klimaanlage war noch nicht in Betrieb, aber sehr nötig. Bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen ist nicht möglich.

As we wanted to visit Atrani and Maratea, on either side of Salerno, we thought it a good place to hang our hats for a few days. Our choice was great. Located just a 4-5 minute walk from the train station and just beyond Piazza Vittorio Veneto on Corso Giuseppe Garibaldi. As hotel does not have after hours check in, our train from Rome was late however we had contacted the hotel and they stayed to meet us. Perfect. Although pricing includes breakfast (Italian style - cappuchino e cornetto) is down the street. Nice little cafe Would recommend this hotel - very clean, quite, view of the ocean (at least our room), very close to the train station, restaurants.

A good value at a great location.
A nice, simple room, plenty comfortable. Excellent location very close to the Port and Train Station. Lots of nearby shops, restaurants, and convenient stores.
