The host is very kind and attentive. She prompt me earlier before my arrival so that she can manage and arrange my checkin process smoothly. Just make sure you check the inbox message/email. Location is great too as its quite close to the port and promenade where there are a lot of eateries. Few hundred metres away from the train station about 10min walk

フロント不在のB&Bであったため、チェックイン時間制約とチェックアウト後の荷物預けに不都合は感じずにはいられなかったが、そのことよりも無駄な労力を強いられ、大変疲れる滞在となった。
2泊連泊(連泊割引なし)したが、タオル交換と部屋の清掃がなく、*******メッセージ機能にてタオル交換を申し出たが、清掃担当者が郊外に住んでいるため、タオル交換は無理との回答。
これまでイタリア旅行は10回以上しており、いつも標準クラスのホテルに宿泊するが、タオル交換なしは初めて。使用済のタオルは大小ともに、濡れた状態で臭いも若干していたため、その旨伝えると汚れたタオルの写メを送るようメッセージ指示返信あり。その後電話でも何度かやりとりがあり、しかも口調は荒々しい感じで、最終的には隣の空室(ドアがなかなか開かない部屋)からタオル1組取ってくるように指示あり。疲れて帰宅した後の驚きと長時間の不快なやりとりに、サレルノのイメージは最悪になった。
全くお勧めできない。

I stayed for only two nights, and it was my first B&B experience, as there were no hotels available in Salerno. First of all, the location is excellent! Within walking distance of everything, I had good communication with the manager, who contacted me via WhatsApp and gave me directions and the key. The room, although small as usual, was a great place to rest without any problems. I didn't hear any noise, and everything worked fine! The TV, Wi-Fi, and bathroom were all in perfect condition. I highly recommend it.

Situata al 4 piano, con ascensore, a due passi dalla stazione treni e dal centro, è dotata di tutti i confort basici, compreso un piccolo frigo che però abbiamo tenuto spento durante la notte per il rumore non forte ma fastidioso. Le porte, sia della stanza che del bagno, si chiudono con un po' di difficoltà, e il fermo doccia non funzionava correttamente. Personale gentile e simpatico, disponibile ad accogliere ogni nostra esigenza.

Terrible experience. I absolutely do not recommend this B&B. Noisy room both because of the inadequate fixtures that did not shield from the noise of the street, and because of the fridge (noisy) and the chemical toilet, which probably due to a leak, was constantly on. Not only that. Breakfast consisted of a bagged croissant and some biscuits with mini portions of jam. Truly inadequate and embarrassing. Among other things, the room cost 100 euros a night… absurd!

A very nice accommodation in a fantastic location, right in the heart of Salerno. A very nice family room with a balcony and a great view of the city and the mountains. The promenade, the old town, the harbor, and the beach are just a few minutes away. A supermarket is 200 meters away. Communication with the landlord via WhatsApp is always available. The room was cleaned daily. Highly recommended :-)
