Stayed four nights at this B&B. The location is excellent for train and ferry access and the room was big enough for an extra-long weekend stay with all the amenities a traveller needs apart from one.. It was 34c and the air-con in our room was broke which made our first night extremely uncomfortable. The receptionists also double up as bar tenders and waiters and spoke very little English and simply just give me the cell phone number of someone to contact that did not work. I managed to contact the owner via a messaging service which I assume was translated and the problem was eventually fixed some 36 hours later.

I booked directly over the phone with the B&B owner, who was friendly and helpful, but the welcome wasn't at all warm. They didn't even ask for our documents, which shows a lack of seriousness. The only thing he asked for right away (before entering the room) was payment. The room was comfortable but not clean. The breakfast offered at the bar was truly miserable. The location is ideal, but it's a shame that the owner's bar downstairs plays very loud music and is difficult to sleep in. I highly recommend that the B&B owner ensure the rooms are clean, the atmosphere is more relaxing, and the welcome is warmer.

This establishment is nothing like a 4 star! It's a B&B above a bar, and even the B for breakfast is limited to a single coffee and croissant. A hasty and unfriendly welcome at the bar reception where they hardly speak English, a sheet without a duvet on the bed (we had to ask...), a trickle of lukewarm water in the shower, mold everywhere in the bathroom and dirty and scratched walls in the bedroom.... the mattress is good, that's the only positive point. In short, many other accommodations would be preferable in this beautiful city of Salerno.

This place is owned by the restaurant downstairs and they manage the property. The staff was worst and you have to wait for check-in check-out. Wifi password was wrong and they were making fun of it in "Bangla" ( language). Please try to avoid this property at any cost.
