Las habitaciones son limpias, tienen agua caliente, la atención en recepción y el servicio fue bueno, peeeero, les pedimos pagar por 4 horas después del checkout, y nos cobraron un valor algo excesivo, por lo tanto, no aceptamos, pero si nos hicieron el favor de guardarnos las maletas, y me permitieron estar las 4 horas en el lobby.

Das Hotel ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet, alles ist sauber und die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich. Auch das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse mit schönem Ausblick war sehr lecker. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist das hoteleigene Spa, dort habe ich eine sehr gute Massage genossen. Nur die Kissen fand ich ausgesprochen ungemütlich, sie haben bei mir Nackenschmerzen verursacht. Ausserdem hat neben dem Bett eine Nachttischlampe gefehlt.

Hotel céntrico pero tranquilo, suite con bañera hidromasaje genial, zonas comunes agradables, personal muy atento y servicial, te ayudan con lo que necesites. Opción de reservar tours, lavandería, parqueadero, spa y otros servicios.

Die Unterkunft liegt ein paar Schritte vom Zentrum entfernt, aber ist auch abends sicher zu erreichen. Sehr ruhig in der Unterkunft und das gute Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse war eine schöne Erfahrung. Wir haben eine sehr angenehme Massage genossen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Excelente hotel en relación calidad-precio. Desayuno muy variado y MUY bueno. Las habitaciones correctas. Muy amables, nos ayudaron en todo lo que les preguntamos. La situación buena, a 5 minutos de la plaza. Repetiría sin lugar a dudas!

Personnel agréable et très sympathique. Hôtel propre et bien situé à 5 mn à pied de la place principale. Bon petit déjeuner composé d'oeufs, jus de fruit, pain et salade de fruit. Bonne connection wifi-fi. Un point négatif: les chambres sont mal insonorisées.

Excelente servicio muy amables en la información y servicios que entregan Habitaciones muy ordenadas y sencillas cuenta con agua caliente y el desayuno es genial Lo único que están en remodelación y hay un poco ruido pero lo recomiendo a los chilenos

Das Hotel und die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Ich empfand es als etwas störend, dass es keinen Mülleimer im Zimmer gab und auch kein kleines Licht am Nachtkästchen. So musste man immer aufstehen und das Deckenlicht des Zimmers betätigen. Das Zimmer war auch sehr klein. Es ist nicht weit zum Hauptplatz und die Lage wirklich gut. Das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich. Ich kann kein Spanisch und sie haben sich sehr engagiert, mir trotzdem alle meine Fragen zu beantworten. Frühstück wie überall in Kolumbien. Aber solide. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt
