Proche du centre ville, accueil très sympathique, nous avons logé à 2 dans une chambre familiale de bonne taille, la salle de bain est correcte, le petit déjeuner standard. L hôtel nous a organisé une sortie à cheval ( centre équestre à 2 pas)

Super hôtel proche du centre ville mais pas non plus collé donc moins de bruit.
Pas de musique forte
Personnel super sympa et arrangeant.
On était dans une chambre vraiment ps terrible tout en bas a côté du parking a cote de la laverie avec un boucan d'enfer et ils nous ont changé de chambre pr la deuxième nuit.

Excelente el servicio de la Srta de la recepción y el personal que nos topamos, cómodo en general, con garaje según ocupación, muy buen desayuno, alejado del ruido pero muy cerca, fuimos a pie y en carro, Salento es seguro y la gente es cálida, souvenirs de todos los precios 😃

The staff is wonderful and very courteous. The hotel itself isn't super new, but the rooms and washrooms are renovated and are cozy. The cleaning crew also does a great job in keeping the room tidy. There is a gym included which is in good condition. Breakfast is on the rooftop and is freshly made and is delicious! You get to enjoy it with an incredible view of the mountains surrounding Salento!

A great stay, I recommend
Pros:
- fabulous ambiance, there is a very positive vibes with this hotel (and town), cute colors and decorations.
- Breakfast: served on balcony overlooking beautiful mountains,
- Staff: very friendly and helpful
- location: very good, walkable to central areas, on path to coffee farms
- room: clean
- View: window overlooking the mountains.
Cons:
- Room: cold at night, and no heating system. They ran out of blankets, too.
- Bed: was uncomfortable, too soft and worn out.
Overall a great stay, I recommend.
