Hola, soy de Barcelona y viaje con una amiga y familia Colombiana a Salento. Estuvimos en el hotel 2 noches y nos fuimos ayer. Queria comentar la tristeza, rabia e impotencia que me ha generado el hecho de que al irme del hotel haya visto que me ha desaparecido dinero. 350.000 pesos y 100 euros. Yo lo dejé todo allí porque confiaba plenamente en que no pasaria nada, pero es evidente que pasó en el hotel ya que de allí nos fuimos a la finca familiar y durante el paseo en Salento no llevé conmigo la bolsita con el dinero en ningun momento, estuvo siempre en el hotel. No habia ningun tipo de seguridad ni cierre, llegamos la noche del sabado y estaba todo abierto…el hecho de que no me desapareciera todo me hace pensar que lo ha hecho alguien que queria hacerlo sin que me diera cuenta pero al contarlo al llegar a la finca me he dado cuenta. No se si piensan hacer algo al respeto, pero yo no tengo ninguna necesidad de inventar nada y tengo muy claro con lo que llegué y con lo que salí. De momento no he recibido respuesta, espero una.

Estuvimos super bien atendidos. Un buen descanso en una cama deliciosa. Baño con agua caliente y el desayuno lo máximo. Super recomendados. Además de ña vista el descanso. Cerca de todo!!! La ubicación es perfecta para visitar salento filandia. Parque del cafe, valle de cocora armenia. Pereira
