Hotel Friday Inn

Hotel and location is super. But reception staff not co operate even our query. Supporting staff was good behaviour. Food also good

Our stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The positives: the room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The view from the hotel was okay, with the view of other buildings or empty lands. The toilet had hot water, which was good. The lounge and reception area looked nice and welcoming. The negatives: the downside was the lack of a proper parking area, which made parking inconvenient. We had to park it on an open land which had waste deposits of garbage. Additionally, there was no dinner available at the hotel. While the staff mentioned they could order food from another place, they were not very encouraging about it. The complimentary breakfast was plain, consisting of idli, pongal, sambar, chutney, and bread. Unfortunately, none of them were tasty other than chutney & vada. There was no tea or coffee without sugar. It was not worth the money they charged. Also the staff was not courteous to carry a single luggage from car to the room. Overall, the hotel provided a comfortable stay with some amenities, but there are lot many areas that needs improvement.

The stay at friday inn was awesome, room was clean and tide, decent breakfast. Extra cot & bed was arranged neatly on request.
