The hotel was good, clean rooms and washrooms. Also the location is 2 km from the center of the city which makes it very peaceful to stay. The hotel is on a slight hill which gives a pretty good view from the room. The management is also good, very helpful and responsive. Definitely recommended for stay

Decent location, good outside view. We had issues in our room but addressed by the staffs immediately. We’re taken care by them with the needed support. Breakfast or food has limited varied and have options to improve. Overall, good stay and good / caring staff

For 6000- its not looking worth and swimming pool not great. Breakfast is average. Need to improve.

The hotel is very friendly. It has good food. But power and internet was not at all available. Although they have power back up. But mobile network and internet was not there

Our stay was very memorable and had a wonderful time staying in le cressida and also beautiful yercaud. The hotel is located at a beautiful place overlooking a valley and the mist flowing down the valley is breathtaking. We took two rooms and the valley view sunrise room was awesome with full length glass with valley view. The food was very tasty and really enjoyed the rooftop dining. Room service is excellent and very friendly staff. Pool is also very good with kids pool.

The rooms were great, very comfortable, great view it will be much better if they have 24 hours tea and coffe service. Kitchen will closed by 9
