Very friendly and hospitable hosts. Breakfast is hearty and delicious. The interior and surroundings are very atmospheric. Terrace with a beautiful view. The room is cozy, and the bed with bed linen is simply gorgeous. We slept great. The room is dry, warm and not stuffy. Parking is nearby. We definitely recommend visiting.

Absolutely beautiful! It looks very simple and unassuming on the outside, but inside so much is covered in decorative tiles or painted details. Very helpful staff made excellent walking tour and restaurant recommendations. No heater or AC, but nice thick blankets and a heated bed pad did the trick when it was chilly in February. Nice roof top patio as well.

We enjoyed staying here so much! The owner and his daughter were very welcoming and helpful, very kind, it was enjoyable to spend time with them! The decor and interior are breathtaking. The breakfast was nice. We would spend our time on the terrace, and the view from it was magnificent. Strongly recommend!

Very beautiful Riad, the biggest and best one we have stayed in all the way. The owner and his wife are very welcoming and meet all our requirements. I thought it was far from the city, but it is not far. It only takes 10 minutes to walk to the pier and the bridge, and there is a large parking lot next to it. Parking is easy.

This is one of the older Riads in the Medina with stunning tile work and high ceilings throughout. The courtyard downstairs is the crown jewel. Unfortunately, the rest was rather disappointing: no areas to sit and linger aside from uncomfortable chairs/tables that have breakfast dishes on them with plastic table cloths covering that. The rooftop terrace has many levels but only one bench, the rooms are dated with the seats stained. The property looked nothing like the inviting pictures online. The bathroom had bugs crawling on the counter, and everything is plain dirty. We slept on top of the bed and kept our things packed up. Breakfast consisted of coffee in half-empty plastic thermos, some local pancakes, and items in their plastic packaging accompanied by the sounds of the proprietor watching fighting on social media. Although all messages prior to our stay were in English, it turns out that the owners are friendly but do not speak English. The owner wasn’t fazed when we told her about the bugs in our room and said it’s like that from the plants ….

A charming space in a quiet neighborhood with a market and shops but no tourists! Just locals going about their business. A great retreat from the more touristy areas of Rabat. The people who run it are friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We booked this Riad for one night. The area it was located was very dirty and not in a very convenient location, we ended up staying at another hotel.
