This was our first Riad in Morocco and it was our favorite! The Riad is beautiful, the staff were very friendly, and our room was a relaxing escape after our tours during the hot July days. The room had its own router, so WiFi service was excellent and the room also had A/C which was needed in July. Being in the medina, it was surprisingly quiet, but yet still close to shopping and restaurants. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are wanting to stay in a Riad in Rabat. It is near the edge of the medina, so you have easy access inside and outside the medina.

On a recent business trip to Rabat, as I always do when traveling to Morocco, I booked rooms in a Riad, located in the old medina. On arrival, we were greeted with a nice Moroccan tea, by the manager, Hicham. My room was beautifully decorated in traditional mosaic tiles, had a private bathroom and one of the most comfortable beds ever. Though I would have preferred a bathtub, my bathroom had a shower. Be careful if walking into the bathroom at night, as there is a sharp corner on the shower stall that you can easily step on and cut your foot. The riad is located close enough to the outer edge of the medina so you don't have to walk far from the parking lot, but easily within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The rooftop terrace is wonderful for breakfast or afternoon tea, with expansive views over the city and river below. We booked dinner with the hotel, mainly due to many places being closed because of Covid-19. I'm very happy we did, as the food was sublime. Jamai, the chef is an expert at Moroccan cuisine. In fact, we catered our flight home from the riad, and my Boss said it's the best Moroccan food he's ever had. I'd tend to agree. If you find yourself traveling to Rabat, you owe it to yourself to stay at the Riad Dar El Kabira Salam. Note that they're changing their name to Dar Kika, so make sure you watch for them.

From the moment we set foot in this beautiful hotel It was an unforgettable experience . The friendliest and helpful staff imaginable, a fantástic breakfast in sumptious surroundings. Great location literally over the road from the Kasbah at the heart of the Medina. Beach nearby and the tranquility of the Andalucían Gardens a couple of minutes away. After travelling around the beautiful country of Morocco this was the best hotel we stayed in the best city. If you want a mixture of what Morocco has to offer come to Rabat /Sale . From the bustle of both Medinas to the peaceful escape of the Botanical Gardens its all there. I enjoyed my stay at the Oudais so much i went back for another stay during my time down the coast. So sad to leave but i know i will go back to stay in a hotel that is 5 star in all but name. A huge Shukran to all the staff.

1. Travel preparations The evening before I had booked via the Ctrip APP and got the room confirmation. I drove to the hotel the next day but couldn't find the proof of reservation. We were physically and mentally exhausted after 6 hours of long-distance bus travel and continued to wait for the hotel to check the place for more than an hour. I was told that the reason the hotel didn't have a record was that Ctrip local agents had not booked a room with the hotel before. I was very disappointed with Ctrip Dienst, which has nothing to do with the hotel. 2. Hotel rating Location: The location is in the old town of Medina. The market is a few minutes walk from the hotel. It is very convenient. The main attractions of Rabat are also within walking distance or a maximum of 5-10 minutes by car, however the hotel itself may not be easy to find (usually there is a widespread problem that the old building in riad has been rebuilt because they are all hidden in private houses), it is recommended that the driver (if any) take the same to the hotel, or ask the hotel staff to come out for a pickup, this is safest Surroundings: You can see that the hotel owner has put a lot of effort into combining the classic and modern elements of Morocco when designing the floor plan. He particularly likes the atrium, which lets in sunlight. Whether we want to carry luggage, book a car or just have a cup of mint tea, we are very satisfied with the service Facilities: This time it's the most unsatisfied part of my stay. It is most apt to refer to it as ”fancy”. The room was originally equipped with a tablet computer to intelligently control the room's lighting, air conditioning, etc. The bespoke software is only in French and it is not easy to use. and the function is also problematic (you cannot adjust the temperature of the air conditioner), which can be operated in a very simple way, but has to be dealt with in a complicated way There is no splash-proof design in the bathroom. After showering the entire bathroom was very wet and the entire wall was covered with traces of mold. The hotel ignored the details. The lights on the wall were at an angle and the TV set was also placed at an angle. i don't know why it came out In general, I don't know whether the people who gave high scores have eye problems or a higher level of acceptance than I. The service and the location of the hotel are overall full marks, but I think the room furnishings are absolutely unqualified and the price / performance ratio is absolutely unqualified extremely low.

This hotel is in a great location, close to attractions and shopping centers. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with complete facilities and friendly and attentive service staff. The breakfast is rich in variety and delicious. The only drawback is that the room price is slightly higher. Overall, it is a great value for money hotel and worth recommending to others.

The location is very good to find near the museum, the hotel staff are also very nice and friendly, the breakfast is good, the staff is very friendly and will communicate with us to learn Chinese, the people they meet on the trip are kind and people Feel warm.

The hotel is in the city center, and it is more convenient to go out to various attractions. The room size of the hotel is okay, but the room cannot heat water, and the hotel breakfast is quite rich.

It would of been a much better review except for the staff, the receptionist told us upon check in that our room would be ready in a few minutes, 40 minutes later I had to approach them, than all of a sudden our room was ready, the staff that work here are not friendly at all, especially in the breakfast room they were very rude and abrupt, one staff member was so upset that we did not use a tray, we didn't see them, but he over reacted, location was horrible we were far from everything, could not figure out the transportation, taxis are not very honest, so if you want to walk everywhere not a good choice, now for the good, there is a bar on site, rooms were very nice and clean, lobby area was very nice and bright, the bartender was very friendly, close to the train station if you are taking trains, we only stayed for 2 nights, staff need to improve their people skills, your in hospitality and need a good personality
