When we arrived at the Lodge, it was determined that the invoiced amount and the actual amount differed but we were still held accountable for their mistake. The first night in the room we realised that the shower drain was blocked, the sink tap was very loose and the toilet wouldn't stop flushing so we had to call maintenance to the room. When we tried watching TV, everything we tried to watch required passwords and codes, they eventually got DSTV to work. We were fortunate enough to have a sea facing room so that was the only bit of positiveness. The house keeping staff who are supposed to clean the rooms don't sweep the floors or clean the mirrors. For the amount we were charged for the four nights, it was not worth it. We've stayed in places which are way cheaper and are excellent.
