Everything, from the building, to the rooms, to the facilities, to the employees, to the surroundings, to the gardens, to the services, to the hospitality, to the food AAAAAAAAA+++ . A big thank you to the reception manager, to the room service manager and to each & every employee! A place to be!! Am coming back !

This is the best place to stay. We really enjoyed our stay. All guest are happy about food and service. All staffs of The St. Regis are really helpful. Especially thans to Pintu, Krishna, Protus, Anantaraj, Sabyasachi to make our event successful.

We've been coming to this place, back when it was the Leela, many times. This was the first time we visited it as St Regis. The resort is as beautiful as ever. The beach remains a highlight - clean, not crowded, safe. Restaurants are a little pricey, but the food quality was good throughout. We only ate at the hotel. The breakfast buffet is huge - lots of choices. But what stands out the most is the staff. The resort was full at the beginning of our stay, but still, there was enough staff and service was not impacted. Throughout our stay, the staff was super friendly, very helpful, very efficient. We never had to worry about anything.

Excellent service. Umanan took exceptional care of us. Shout out to chef Jyoti, we had some of the most delicious dishes ever at our stay. We’ve been coming to this property for quite some time now and this was the one of our best experiences thanks to the hospitality at St. Regis

We stayed in St.Regis to celebrate my wife's Birthday as well as our babymoon. Given it's a 5 star property we expected a great service, but what we got was something beyond our expectation!. The glimpse of the hospitality was visible at entrance itself on how we were welcomed. Nungshilila was assigned as butler to us and she made sure utmost care is taken of us and especially my wife. She gave a good tour of the property, helped us with the all the services available in the property. She with her team decorated the room as well as cut birthday cake for my Wife. The food at the restaurant as awesome. Shankar the manager made sure that our every visit to the restaurant was special. He and his staff took time to talk to us and also took good care of our dietary requirements! He also arranged a cake and celebrated birthday at the restaurant! We loved to take part in the daily activities as well as the champagne sabering ritual! We look forward at coming back to the resort next year and immerse in the hospitality once again! And hoping to have Nungshilila as our butler again!

A beautiful property, having old world charm. Landscaping and exterior work is very nature oriented. Has a fantastic beach. The word comes to mind Is tranquility. Restaurant miri which is all day Multi cuisine is very good and the buffet we saw was more than ample in terms of spread and variety. A special mention of Dev Tyagi is a must. Though everyone was hospitable Dev takes an extra step to make guests comfortable and at home. We are very happy with the hospitality shown by the staff. Property is superb and would recommend it to everyone.

Check-in process wait was over an hour. Rooms were not ready at 4pm. Staff is disorganized and poorly trained, property is falling apart, rooms infested with small lizards and lost power over 10 times a day.
