сейчас находимся в отеле. Отель категорически испортился. мы второй раз в отеле. от все включено осталось только одно название. Бар на пляже стал платный - захотел коктейль иди в лобби. сервиса нет - разместили в боковой номер кладовку, с сокращенным окном. НГ ужин чувствую пройдет ужасно - хоть и система все включено но НГ без напитков - покупайте в 4 раза дороже. Хотя не понятно за что тогда взяли такие деньги за этот ужин! на этом побережье есть достойнее отели, обходите стороной !

I stayed at the holiday inn for 3 night just after x-mas. I will cover both the positives and negatives of this property in the review. Positives 1. Wonderful beach and less crowded. Very relaxing to chill 2. Very clean beach a few nice places ( Mike’s place to hang out) 3. Really nice restaurants, especially the grill by the beach. 4. Good and helpful staff Negatives 1. The location makes it harder to get in and out. The walk to the main market is about 3 kms away and you have to take a taxi 2. The Rooms are pretty average for the price charged, the worst part is that bathroom don’t have an exhaust!!!! 3. They used treated waste water for watering the lawns ( laudable for the eco friendly measure) but the entire area was stinking in the evening. We could not enjoy the evening at the grill. They should irrigate the lawns later at night!!. 4. There was a wedding happening the previous night and the next day morning when we went for a walk in the park, the place was strewn with garbage. We definitely don’t expect such a sight at a 5* property. The only saving grace was that the scavengers were egrets!!!. All in all a somewhat disappointing experience.

Had some great drinks at the sundowner bar - courtesy of Jyoti who made us fabulous cocktails. Definitely worth checking out, especially during happy hour. Overall the hotel was also very good - clean and extremely friendly staff - definitely recommend

Absolute gem of a place in the serenity of South Goa! We had a week off in mid/December in this place, and everything from the pickup from Dabolim Airport to our departure was nothing less than excellent. The property had a private beach which is very clean and well maintained with beach watch to ensure safety in the water during daylight hours. There are three restaurants on site which cater to different cuisines, as well as a couple of decently priced beach shacks on the beach front. There is also a water sports activity cubicle on the beach from where the usual things like jetskis, para gliding etc can be booked and rides taken. Staff at the HIRG were polite and went out of the way to make us welcome. At breakfast every day the manager and chef made rounds enquiring about food and offering live food choices. Live music in the evening in the main restaurant was great, especially the gentleman playing the saxophones. All in all, a quiet holiday made better by the people running the establishment. We will surely be back soon.

Our stay was wonderful. They have a kids activity room separate which my kids loved the most. The staff were extremely helpful in everything. In fact they were so couteous to us all the time. We ordered food to room which was also delivered on time. The beach was walkable. They have a buggy which will drop you to the beach. We attended Christmas gala dinner which was lovely. Huge spread of food and dance with live performance. Thank you. We will visit next year again.

Amazing experience!! Hospitality 10/10... Food was super delicious and in ample variety at buffet both in breakfast and dinner. Special thanks to Siya ( hospitality personnel )for being so sweet and caring to us, she's professional, polite and very welcoming...
