Hotel staff is treating customers like they don't have to listen to their instructions. My toilet window was broken, and they said, "ye to aisa hi hot a hai, sabko pata hai" (this always happens, everyone knows. After calling makemytrip, they changed my room, and i am thankful for that. After a few hours, they called and told me to cancel the booking. When i refused, the next morning they told me i had to pay the hotel charges here. Again, i denied it. While i was waiting for the bill, the hotel housekeeping staff was not taking care; he was cleaning the wall, and all the dust came on me. I scolded them, but he continued cleaning, and all the dust came on me and my bags. Now, you decide if you want to go to such a hotel, where the staff is not taking care.
