El hotel está bien y por su buena ubicación, está justo en la plaza mayor, hay mucho ruido tanto de día como de noche. Hay tres terrazas donde siempre hay gente y es un sitio de paso y juegos para los niños. Tienes que cerrar las ventanas y aún así se oye ruido y al no tener aire acondicionado ni ventilador se hace sofocante estar en la habitación.

Henos cancelado nuestra estancia dentro del periodo habilitado para hacerlo de manera gratuita. Han pasado ya 27 días y no nos devuelven el dinero. Hemos tenido que acudir de manera física sin éxito alguno. Por supuesto estamos tomando las medidas legales oportunas.

La habitación no se parecía en nada a la que aparece en la web, era mucho más pequeña, nada de vistas a la montaña y da a un callejón con muy poca distancia de la ventana al suelo, prácticamente como un bajo. Además, no llegaba el wifi. La tarifa de las habitaciones no refleja estas diferencias, que de haberlas conocido no hubiéramos reservado guiados por las fotos de la web, había otras opciones mejores. No repetiremos.

Muy buenas instalaciones, perfectamente situado en el centro del bello pueblo de Salardú, muy tranquilo y todo perfecto! Con mucho encanto. Muy buen desayuno y muy agradables con nuestra perrita. Un trato estupendo, para pasar unos días de desconexión.

Hotel muy recomendable gracias a la amabilidad del equipo del hotel, sobresaliendo Sara, Bien situado y tranquilo. Desayuno muy completo. Enhorabuena y gracias por facilitar unas vacaciones agradables. Si he de poner un pero, serían las almohadas, pues resultan demasiado blandas.
