No tissues, no hot water bottle. The front desk closes at 11pm and you need to swipe your room card to enter the hotel. The scenic spot is just across the bridge, and there is free parking next to it. The room is old, but clean.

The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and clean. The terrace is spacious and has a good view. It is close to the Roman Bridge and major tourist attractions in Salamanca. The staff is friendly. There is a paid underground parking lot.

Posizione accanto al ponte romano appena fuori dal centro storico, comodo per chi ha l'auto perché ci sono molti posti liberi sulla strada. Si arriva alle cattedrale in 10 minuti di piacevole passeggiata sul ponte. Camere larghe ma con uno stile vecchio e non molto pulite. Inoltre poco isolata dalle camere contigue e abbiamo avuto la sfortuna di aver vicini molto rumorosi (una famiglia scatenata) finché con chi siamo lamentati con il portiere di notte. Scelta che non rifarei e che non consiglierei anche perché ci sono opzioni più economiche e miglior qualità

Our stay at the Puente Romano Hotel in Salamanca Spain was awful. The man at reception was not very welcoming, he was miserable, unfriendly, and looked like he hated his job. The furniture and decor was tired, dirty, out of date and the whole hotel was extremely unkept. The chandelier in the dinning room has about 25 bulbs and only about 9 working, the swimming pool was in need of missing tiles, the TV remote in our room was not working as the back was missing and the old worn out batteries were poorly cello taped in, the bedroom walls and ceiling was wafer thin and you could hear every noice coming from next door and above. If you want a lie in then you will need ear plugs as workman start at 8.00am hammering away, moving furniture around etc. I cannot make out how this hotel was 4 star and In my opinion needs completely renovating and better management with higher standards.
