The location of this apartment was excellent but other than that it did not achieve usual international standards . There were no laundry facilities ( the whole point of having a flat ) , not even an ironing board and iron . There was no kettle , water had to be heated in a saucepan and limited cooking facilities . When I phoned up to ask for an iron and a kettle the manager said he’d send them over but none appeared in the 10 days I was there . There was no human contact , entrance was by an app downloaded to one’s phone . The flat was clean with large flat screen TV ( Netflix didn’t work and no English TV Chanel’s .

Lástima que no este aislado acústicamente.
El apartamento es de un solo ambiente, con ina gran puerta corredera que separa la cama de matrimonio de un sofá cama. Está perfectamente situado con 3 aparcamientos de pago miy cerca. La cafetera es del sistema Tassimo.
El único PROBLEMA es que el aislamiento acústico es nulo. Las ventanas son de madera, no cierran herméticamente y se escuchan los ruidos de la calle (menos mal que es peatonal). Si corrigen este fallo (y que para cerrar la puerta de entrada no haya que dar portazo) el apartamento es una excelente opción.

En los apartamentos con fachada a la calle principal y vistas a la iglesia es absolutamente imposible dormir por el ruido del exterior (gente que pasa, gente de fiesta, gente pidiendo, camión de la basura) debido a la nula insonorización de sus ventanas, que además no cierran completamente. De cuatro personas, sólo una, bastante sorda, pudo dormir. Las conversaciones y ruidos en la calle se escuchaban a pesar de llevar tapones en los oídos. De resultas: dos noches enteras sin apenas descansar. Además los apartamentos tienes varios desperfectos, puerta de la habitación que NO cierra, mesas en mal estado, barras de cortinas a punto de desprenderse, falta de elementos básicos como mantas, almohadas extras o cojines. Para no volver. Las fotos muy monas, la realidad insufrible y además carísimo, el apartamento 260 euros la noche.

Buen apartamento en el centro de Salamanca,situado en la calle villa junto a las tiendas y cerca de monumentos,nuestro apartamento tenia vista a la iglesia,muy limpio todo, Dispone de lavavajillas ,bolsita con estropajo y balleta (muy curioso). Se entra con un codigo al hacer el check-in.Tienes un telefono al que llamar las 24 horad por cualquier problema,muy atentos en todo momento. La unica pega que le pondria es que se escucha ruido,pero clato si tienes el sueño ligero. La verdad que el apartamento esta genial y muy amplio.
