Awful property, will never stay again. Booked 3 days, stayed 1. Hot tub broken, fridge froze son's $600 meds, juice & coffee machine broken, 3 yogurt's for breakfast. Everything about my night there was awful & it cost me $80.00. Don't stay there unless you want to feel ripped off, pissed off & disappointed.

Great value! Super Wi-Fi, very clean, extremely friendly staff. Convenient location on and off freeway, but could hear a bit of freeway traffic. No-frills breakfast was all we needed. Will stay here again in the future!

due to ih35 being completely torn up right in front of the hotel, and almost impossible to find the entry drive way, it appeared the hotel was very low on visitors. This should not reflect on service to visitors willing t run the gauntlet to stay there. I've been a member of Best Western for years (platinum level), and usually that is acknowledged at check in. But not at this place. We took the tv remote from the room to the front desk as we left to go for dinner, advising the young lady at the front desk, it did not work. Upon returning she advised it was ok, but no, it still never did work.

Brand new hotel w/ huge cockroaches, overflowing trash cans, and rude offensive staff. Did not stay 2 hours. Would not recommend to anyone.

Nothing great. Nothing horrible. Don't try the self made waffles at breakfast, they turned out gross. The room was hot and humid when we got there since the A/C was turned off in August bad access due to ongoing construction

Let’s start with the pool. Mold. Disgusting and definitely unsafe. That sign has been there a while with no work being done. The outside of the hotel shows how little concern they have for it. The room itself was mostly clean and what I’d expect for the rate I paid. We just needed a room for the Smokin Spokes bike ride but really hoped to relax in the hot tub. Not a chance of that happening.

I thought that choosing a hotel by Wyndham should be fine. This hotel had a very musty smell when I walked in the front door. The A/C was on 67 when I went in, and I figured out that it was to cover up the same smell. It hasn’t been remodeled in many years, and looked clean, but there was a sticky spot on the carpet, and a terrible looking stain on the toilet. Towels and washcloths were old and rough. Furniture was very worn. It’s a large hotel, and when I arrived at 4 pm, I was the ONLY guest. It was non refundable, or I would’ve walked out then! When I left the next morning, the parking lot had five cars, and it was Saturday. The hotel across the way was full. It was definitely over priced.

We were in town for a high school graduation. This room was dirty. I went to plug in my phone and found filth. I mentioned to the front desk and seemed like zero concern about the nasty room. Won’t stay here again!!

I know this hotel is next to the interstate but the noise level was really unbelievable. And every time a door slammed, the entire room would shake like a wrecking ball hit it. The lady on the front desk during the day was excellent but the other staff are hopeless. I requested an extra blanket because the sheet and old skinny blanket where not doing it for me in the middle of winter. First they had to get approval from the housekeeping staff, then they tried to tell me they already gave me one which they had not, and then they couldn’t find one in the linen room… I didn’t think it was possible to mess up “make your own waffles” but the liquid was extremely runny and the waffle was soggy and raw even when I cooked it for double time it was raw. The juice machine was broken at breakfast and there was nothing to drink at the free breakfast if you don’t drink tea/coffee. It was expensive for an old hotel with poor service.
