The hotel was in a good spot. It is right next to the station of Yukarigaoka and has it's entrance right beside the station exit. It is a good location if you want to take a night sleep before your flight in narita station.

This hotel is a bit aged. But the entire hotel is well maintained. We do enjoyed staying at the hotel

部屋着と、トイレに細かい毛が着いていたのと、テーブル足元にゴミ(デザート用透明スプーン)が落ちていたのが気になる所でしたが、他満足させていただきました。
全体的に清潔感と落ち着きがあり、アクセスも良いのでまた滞在させていただきたいです。

部屋はとてもきれいで清潔です。
立体駐車場で駐車料金が無料な所が気に入っています。駐車場は24時間いつでも入出が可能です。
（京成本線）ユーカリが丘駅直結で雨でも濡れずにホテルへ行くことができます。成田空港へも可能な場所です。朝食はスクランブルエッグやベーコンなど外国人でも食べれるメニューが多いです。
