The hotel has good security management, with three layers of security doors. There are small bags of Pola cosmetics at the front desk, which is very satisfactory. However, there is only one thick duvet option, and you can only turn on the cold air conditioner and then the exhaust fan before going to bed. The room is still very hot in December. There is a drugstore and a convenience store at the door, and it is also close to Omiya Station.

The room size is consistent with the description, which is very large in Japan. The platform description does not explain how to go to the 14th floor to check in. You can use the escalator from the door to the hotel entrance, but the door at the entrance is a bit mysterious, and you need to go through two doors to reach the elevator. You can also go directly to the 14th floor from the garage entrance, but you can only use one elevator to reach the garage, which has a red sign next to the elevator. The hotel is fully equipped with various service facilities, and it is a hotel worth experiencing.

It's newly opened, so it's very clean and sanitary. There are many Korean employees, so there won't be any major communication problems when Korean tourists visit!!

The room is OK but the service staff is terrible. I can understand that the guests are limited to one bottle of water per person per day. I stayed for four consecutive days and the room was not cleaned in the middle, so no water was given. I called to ask for 4 bottles of water and yesterday's water to be delivered together. There was a big ** at the front desk with a translator and told me that each person could only get one bottle. If I didn't ask for the room to be cleaned, would they not give me water? Then I was only given two bottles of water in these four days? ***

This is a new, clean hotel. The spacious lobby offers great views where you can sit and relax before or after check-out. There are free lockers on the lobby floor, which is very convenient. Since you use your room key or your own IC card as your locker key, you don't have to worry about losing your small key. The room was spacious so I had no trouble setting up the ironing board and ironing my clothes. There are 4 coin-operated washing machines, and you can check the usage status through the TV screen in the room. It was nice that the bathroom was separate, with the bathtub and washing area separate. There are bath salts in the facilities on the lobby floor so I use them every day. The breakfast menu doesn't change so you might get bored if you stay a few nights. However, the number of items is still sufficient. I think it would be better if the coffee was dripped one cup at a time,

In Japan, the hotel room is relatively large, and it is a new hotel. The service is very good and considerate, very close to the service type of Chinese hotels. It is very close to Omiya subway station, and there are many shopping and food streets nearby, which is very convenient!
