Очень разочаровались. Детская площадка не работает ( незаконченный ремонт ). Баскетбольная площадка которая была так востребована детьми и взрослыми переделали в теннисный корт который не работает. И даже когда заработает посетить его смогут всего несколько человек от силы в отличии от баскетбольной площадки где и взрослые и дети играли и в футбол и в баскетбол. Сейчас детям и подросткам нечего делать совершенно . Кинотеатра нет. Сувенирный магазин который был очень скудным исчез тоже . Вообщем странно очень. Цены сильно подняли в санатории , досуг и так ограниченный , исчез.

Sairme is not the easiest place to get to with a road that is terrible in parts. Beautiful spot up in the Imereti mountains. Hotel offers all inclusive packages, and the meals they offer are decent in terms of quality and variety. But rooms are tiny, with really small, uncomfortable bathrooms..Staff a bit laissez-faire, especially dining room, playing around with each other a bit too much

Excellent service, the hotel is very cozy, clean, wonderful staff. If you want to improve your health and have a quality rest, choose this hotel. The cleanest air, mountains, forest and river perfectly complement the spa treatments and thermal water

We checked into the hotel from 23.06 to 30.06. We booked a standard 2-bed room. At the reception we were told that your room is 12 sq.m. super small with a child. I immediately asked to upgrade to a room with an extra bed of 17 sq.m. They gave us a room with 1 large bed and instead of a standard sofa or extra bed a folding chair. Where it is impossible for 1 adult to sleep. We went down to the reception to find out the reason for such a room. To which we were told. That this room is considered a balcony and that it has a view of the river! Although there was no talk about the view of the room. I somehow did not care about the view of where the room looked. I went down three times and their manager, who considers himself the director and the most important Irakli, barely came. He just started yelling and got up and walked away from the conversation! I do not recommend this hotel to you. There are a lot of good small hotels near this complex where the rooms are better and the food is much better. Almost the same thing every day. Of the fruits, only apples and cherries. They add a lot of spices to the meat. The attitude of the employees is such that when you approach them to ask something, they start to gasp and hoot!!! All desire to rest and be treated is gone. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
