Ленивый, невнимательный, необязательный персонал. Отсутствие звукоизоляции в номере. Гости с лающими собаками. Дети, бегающие по коридорам до полуночи. Гололед вокруг гостиницы.. не посыпается , не убирается. Опасно для пешеходного движения. Уборка номеров заключается в заправке постели и все. Спа-примитивное, обслуживание - неквалифицированное. Выдача строго по одному полотенцу на несколько часов.

Заселились мы в отель 23.06 до 30.06. Забронировали номер стандарт 2-х местный. На ресепшене нам сказали, что ваш номер 12 кВ.м супер маленький с ребенком. Я сразу на месте попросила сделать апгрейд на номер с доп кроватью 17 кВ.м. Они дали нам номер 1 большая кровать и вместо стандартной софы или доп.кровати раскладное кресло. Где не возможно спать 1 взрослому. На ресепшен спустились узнать в чем причина такого номера. На, что нам ответили. Что этот номер считается с балконом и что вид на речку! Хотя на счет вида номера речи не было. Мне было как-то все равно на вид куда смотрит номер. Три раза спускалась и еле как пришел их менеджер который считает себя директором и самым главным Иракли. Начал просто орат и вставал уходил от разговора! Я вам не рекомендую эту гостиницу. Рядом с этим комплексом очень много хороших небольших отелей где и номера лучше и питание на много лучше. Каждый день почти одно и тоже. Из фруктов только яблоки и черешня. В мясо добавляют супер много специи. Такое отношение у сотрудников подходишь что-то спросить начинают ахать и ухать!!! Все желание отдыхать и лечится уже нет. НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ!!!

номер был с видом на реку,очень понравилось засыпать под журчание реки. Ремонт хороший, но номера очень маленькие и плохая звукоизоляция. От отеля пешком до 4 источников воды, а до спа трансфер каждые пол часа. Питание отличное, работники очень старательные и аккуратные. Лечебный пакет абсолютно бездарный, процедур мало, очень дорогие. Если когда либо сюда вернусь, то без надежд на санаторное лечение: подышать воздухом,попить водички,отоспаться. Никаких развлечений здесь нет,вечерами абсолютно нечем заняться и мест для прогулок очень мало. Недоброжелательный персонал на рецепшене и непонятно для чего взрослые мужики на входе,которые даже не делают попытки открыть дверь,когда идешь с чемоданом

Pure luxury It is a wonderful hotel; every room is pure luxury. Everything is neatly arranged, the staff is friendly and very helpful. We are grateful to General Manager-David, to Reception girls - Ladi, Nadia and Ania, to policlinics Administrator – Georgii. Spa Administrators – Anano, Londa, Lui and Securities – Valerii, Georgii and Gocha. And thanks to Chef Georgii for lovely dishes that we had during our stay. Our room was really big and even had a sofa set and love seat. The bathroom was equipped with everything you needed including walk-in shower (so no shower curtain). The breakfast was very rich and sorted. The pool was wonderfully cool and very clean. The location is therefore fantastic. We enjoyed at all! We have Asia chain hotels and we would be glad to see You in Uzbekistan. Furthermore, we want to cooperate with You hotel and send You our friends. The hotel rooms are freshly renovated, comfortably furnished and spacious. The included all-you-can-eat buffets are varied and delicious. Sairmé offers thermal springs, an ecologically clean environment and majestic nature. One of the best places to rest and relax in Georgia.

Номер очень маленький, как каюта на самой нижней палубе, не развернутся, заезда ждать пришлось дополнительно еще час, а при выезде не дали компенсировать это час, закрытый бассейн один день не работал, к еде претензий нет, все вкусно. Расписание работы услуг не соответствует указанным в флаере. Интернет не поддерживает видео передачи, ограничение.
