The Hyatt in Saipan was the perfect spot for an island getaway. The hotel it self is very beautiful with spacious and colorful rooms and lovely gardens and outdoor lounging areas and pool. The staff made it extra special with their kindness and genuine care. I was really impressed and want to go back again soon!

Upon pulling up to the exterior of the hotel, it didn't look like much -- honestly a little worn and beat looking, but upon entering we were blown away! The lobby looks very newly renovated, very open, with a stunning view to the pool and ocean in the entryway. The staff was very friendly, and after a long red eye flight, we were very happy to have an early check-in with no extra fee added. The room also looked and felt brand new. Nice floors, bedding, with airy light colors. Two free water bottles were included each day in the room as well. There were two pool areas, one for kids, and one for adults. The pools were never crowded, with plenty of seats and umbrellas. The beach is right on the property, but we were disappointed that there weren't any seats for lounging on the beach. It would have be nice to sit and look out at the stunning views. As far as food goes, we ate every morning in the small coffee shop on the lobby. They made a variety of hot drinks, smoothies, with pastries and small sandwiches for sale. Perfect for a light lunch or a snack later in the day. We ate one night at the hotel restaurant -- we had a great table outside. They were offering a buffet that night, but we opted to do the al la carte option instead. Both of our dishes were tasty, and the staff was super friendly and helpful throughout the evening. Overall, the hotel is super quiet and one of the most relaxing parts of our trip.

The staff there were so nice and friendly, one of the lady greeted us at the door, and explained and suggested where I should travel in Saipan. The location of the hotel is very convenient, because its in Garapan, the really downtown Saipan, only few minutes walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The staff treated us like locals, and we had lots of chats. It was such a great experience for us, and we will definitely stay with this hotel again when I visit Saipan in the near future.

I originally booked a B&B hotel for economical and affordable reasons, but the boss was so nice that it was worth it😭😭😭 The hotel is located above the city and is a little remote from the city. But the scenery is very good, and you can see the sea view from the window. The boss will take us to the city by shuttle bus around meal time every day, and will also take care of the round-trip transportation for the activities. It can be said that the geographical location has no impact on the trip. Including car rental! The boss also arranged for us to pick up the car at the hotel, and we can contact and negotiate a convenient place to return the car. The boss also covered the airport pick-up and drop-off🥹even if we depart and arrive in the early morning. The snorkeling equipment was prepared for us. Teach us where to go and which ones are more cost-effective. Although there are no biting insects such as mosquitoes, there are still other small animals and insects such as geckos. It is close to the sea so some facilities may be corroded. Fresh water is scarce and the water for bathing is salty. (The boss has prepared additional drinking water and water for brushing teeth) The flaws do not outweigh the merits! Unfortunately I am a little late on this review. I picked this hotel out of the blue & was surprised by how nice it was & it’s great staff. I stayed in a second story villa overlooking the ocean & beautiful sunsets. Every employee I came across was extremely pleasant & helpful. While I never saw another American that I knew of (& across the island) English was well spoken & understood. The food was excellent except for the Luau which was a little cold, yet the event was amazing. Staff was eager to help with any questions about the resort or traveling outside of the property. The two pools are very nice especially the big pool being 10-12 feet deep. It is the deepest pool I have been in a hotel. It was great getting my ears & lungs ready for all the SCUBA & free diving I would be doing. Everything was exceptionally clean & the property was well maintained & manicured. The location is a little far from downtown yet well worth it as you can walk either way on the beach for miles & never see another person, which I never did. The staff knew I was interested in the sea life & notified me when a group of Rays were swimming along the beach. I did not bring my computer with me on this trip & my phone shorted out. I did not have time to order another phone from the US & the staff was kind enough to help me with everything I needed to get back alright including checking on the status of my flight home & making sure my transportation was taken care of. I normally stay @ different hotels when I return somewhere fairly new yet I will stay at this beautiful location again.

In order to travel to Saipan for honeymoon + prenatal education, I found it very convenient to travel here and there, so I made an appointment here!! I didn't know it when I first arrived in Saipan, but fortunately!! The hotel also picked up directly, so it was really comfortable, and the driver smiled and was really kind!! I'm afraid I'm going to have a horse and give me water!! It was really, really kind! Best! I was really happy from the beginning.. Wow .... When I arrived in the lobby, I thought I had a really good choice! Clean and friendly staff, friendly and caring! After the epidemic, I chose to stay in Hawaii Hotel again from Saipan. It is still clean and warm, and the boss is still friendly! You can also drink beer on the terrace of the hotel and watch the street view, which is very pleasant! The hotel is in the center of the commercial district, opposite the former Saipan’s famous Yuetai Hotel (now it seems to have been upgraded to a Holiday Crown Five-Star Hotel). On the left is the Bohua Casino, and it takes three minutes to walk to the duty-free shop and the American Park Pedestrian Street. The hotel is in a great location and very convenient! Saipan is not as lively as before, and most of the tourists are Korean or Japanese. I hope China can open up soon!
