Rapport qualité-prix décevant
Dans l'ensemble plusieurs points positifs L'hôtel est bien situé, plutôt agréable et joli, bien entretenu dans l'ensemble Le personnel agréable La chambre était grande et bien équipée, la kitchenette sur la terrasse est un plus pour un séjour en famille mais considérant le prix relativement élevé des nuits, du petit déjeuner, du restaurant (le seul disponible dans le coin), je m'attendais à un autre niveau de prestation
Chambre pas disponible à mon arrivée (15h10), promiscuité et vis à vis sur la terrasse, vue sur les autres chambres et le restaurant, assez bruyant du fait de la proximité de l'accueil ...
Un bon séjour mais qui ne valait pas son prix

Je mettrais 0/5 si je pouvais. J’avais choisi cet hôtel pour la vue , mais le rideau métallique de ma chambre ne s’ouvre pas je suis comme prise dans une cage on m’a assuré la première journée que ce serait réparé mais le lendemain on m’a indiqué qu’il n’y avait rien à faire que je n’aurais aucune vue pour mon séjour de 4 nuits!!! On me propose un cocktail pour compenser! Le coffre fort ne fonctionne pas et ils n’ont plus de serviettes de plage. Ils ont aucun soucis du service à la clientèle n’y aller pas !

Leider sind wir von diesem Hotel enttäuscht. Wir hatten ein Deluxe Zimmer mit Meerblick, soweit o.k. wenn man öfters mal über etwas hinwegschaut. Der Meerblick über Palmen hinweg, das Badezimmer mit defekten Waschbecken, eine kalte Dusche, Zimmerreinigung könnte auch besser sein. Das Frühstück für 15 Euro pro Person ist mickrig. Die Baguette Stücke wurden Tag für Tag kleiner, die Croissants ebenfalls. Dann hatten wir noch das Pech dass eine größere Gruppe über mehrere Tage im Hotel gefeiert hat, es ging Morgens los und endete gegen Abend. Für Ruhesuchende ein Horror. Der naheliegende Strand ist nicht schön. Strände in der Umgebung so la la....wir haben schönere Strände gesehen als hier auf Martinique oder Guadeloupe. Im Großen und Ganzen sind wir enttäuscht und werden hier nie wieder Urlaub machen. Viel Geld für wenig Service. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls enttäuschend. Man hat keine Möglichkeit etwas zu Fuß zu erreichen, geschweige denn ein Restaurant. Man ist auf das Auto angewiesen, findet aber trotzdem keine vernünftigen Restaurants. Die Auswahl im Restaurant ist nicht sehr groß, aber die Qualität gut.

I would hardly call this a resort. Very little to do, difficult to communicate with (would not even consider it if you don’t know French) and far from anything fun or interesting. Asked for help only to be walked away because staff don’t have any English. May be fun if you are fluent in French. It was one of my most stressful vacation areas. One restaurant on site with same boring menu for lunch and dinner. Rooms were clean. Small beds. It all would have been fine but they appear to not have any interest if you don’t speak French.

Venant régulièrement en Martinique, bon compromis entre travail et plaisir (lieu très accessible, coucher de soleil, plage, chambres, accueil, restaurant, cocktails...) Personnellement, très agréable... et avis non complaisant car j'y reviens à chaque fois. Addictif?!

Statt Meerblick sehen wir auf Dächer und Palmen und nur ganz an der Ecke ist der versprochene Meerblick in dem sehr kleinen Zimmer ohne Balkon. Wir mussten mehrfach lange warten der Strand in der Nähe ist nicht so toll wie auf dem Bildern und in der Nähe gibt es außer Wohnhäuser und nichts. Von den Bildern im Internet unter Beschreibung hatten wir uns mehr erwartet ein Fitnessstudio gibt es nicht, es ist nur ein leerer Raum und dort können gegen zusätzliche Kosten externe Kurse gebucht werden. Andere Zimmer mögen besser sein.
