Chalets Lac à la Truite

My boyfriend and I rented a chalet in June, and we absolutely loved it. The location is fairly quiet, making it a perfect escape. We stayed on the top floor, which included a sauna in our room—such a treat! The chalet offers rooms with jacuzzis and various amenities like a ping pong table and boat rentals, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The little beach nearby was a lovely bonus. If you want to use the hot tubs, make sure to book your slot. We were fortunate enough to spend as much time as we wanted there when it wasn't busy. Overall, we had a fantastic time and are planning to return soon. Highly recommend this place!

Stayed there for 2 nights this past week and had such an awesome time! It's definitely not cheap at $1,000 (cad) for 2 nights, but it's well worth it in the end. Our host (owner) Diana was so welcoming, friendly, professional, and made us feel like part of her family right away. The location is ideal, directly on "Lake of the trout," with a ton of amenities/activities to choose from. They have kayaks, "chaloupes", "pédalos", and paddle games. There's also an indoor pool and plenty of parking spaces. The "chalet" we were in, Ezeras, was beautiful and well equipped. The upstairs had two ensuite bedrooms, and downstairs, we had the kitchen, dining room, as well as an extra full bathroom. We even had a private balcony from one of the bedrooms upstairs, as well as our own spa. Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay, especially for location and amenities. Diana truly cares for every guest coming thru her door, and she'll do all she can to make your stay as smooth as possible! Merci pour un super séjour! 😀

If you are BLACK dont even think about this place…. They gonna find every little things to make u pay more after ur staying. Très décevant en 2023 vous dénigrez des personnes pour leur ethnie. Il faut laisser la place comme ci vous n’étiez jamais passer par là. Il y aura une plaintes que des miettes ont été ramassées et pour cela faut allez ailleurs…….

We stayed over a weekend in one of the chalets and both the place and the service and owners were absolutely wonderful. The chalet was modern, clean and had every service you could imagine or need. They had an in room sauna and a hot tub on the deck, both very comfortable for 2 of us. The view of the lake from the deck and through the spacious windows was fantastic. The nearby scenery, restaurants and sites to see were great and we made the most of them. The host Diana was so very warm and helpful and took good care of us. We will definitely return and spend more time at these chalets and I would highly recommend it to anyone that wants a private, relaxing time away in the Canadian countryside.

What an amazing view of the lake from our clean, well furnished chalet. We enjoyed the deck hot tub, indoor sauna and indoor fireplace. The hostess was incredibly kind and attentive to our expectations of the surrounding area. The bed was new, comfortable and super clean. Loved our experience. We will be back!
