Le spa est vraiment pas à la hauteur… nous avons demandé un remboursement après avoir essayé le spa, bain à remous sans jets et avec une balayeuse qui trainait au fond. L’accès au spa est limite sécuritaire et l’accès à la rivière, carrément dangereux. Le propriétaire a refusé de nous rembourser, disant qu’on lui faisait des menaces. My sister and I did the overnight package and loved every minute! The staff were all friendly and welcoming, the room was comfortable and clean and the grounds and services available were amazing! We had massages and spent time in the thermal pools. There is a river that runs along the back of the building's and it’s so peaceful and beautiful! There are hammocks and seating with winding path down to the river. We felt rejuvenated, relaxed and would definitely return! A perfect little getaway!

My husband and I had a wonderful overnight stay. We stayed in the Le Refuge Riverain, a quaint and cozy little cottage with an amazing view or the river. The grounds are extremely beautiful especially with the leaves starting to change colour. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. It was a very relaxing stay in a beautiful natural setting. I would highly recommend..

Reception at the reception is not acceptable, I was treated with a lack of respect even with a reservation already made, I was made to wait abnormally long when I asked to be served soon, I was told to wait even longer for having expressed my dissatisfaction and after I mentioned that I would never refer customers to them, I was told outright your customers...we don't want them, my partner very calmly mentioned to them that their way of doing things lacked elegance. We spent 3 nights at 5 in the cozy chalet and it was an unforgettable experience. The chalet was very well placed, a little out of the way and overlooking the river in which my boys cooled off several times. The accommodation was very clean and above all very well equipped, especially with kitchen utensils and small household appliances. The little extra was the barbecue on the terrace overlooking the river which gave a little "my cabin in Canada" feel: 10/10!

This was our 2nd weekend at this place and unlike the first time, we were extremely disappointed. We had rented the "Cozy" cottage which I do not recommend. Unbearable mold and sewage odors all weekend. When we went to notify the manager, she told us that the problem was known and suggested to let the water from the taps run continuously.... Second big disappointment, the use of the leaf blower by an employee on Friday at 5:00 p.m. as well as the next day from noon to 2:00 p.m. during our massages on the edge of the river which were anything but relaxing... Employee who also told us and the massage therapist that he did not care about the disturbance because he had to do his job... Bravo for the tranquility that we seek in such an environment. This will have been our last visit to this place.

I received a 60 minute Swedish massage as a gift. When I entered the room, there was a bug or spider on the floor and looking at the floor, it was really dirty, full of dust and debris on the floor, and I had a hard time putting my feet on the ground without my shoes. Quiet and peaceful place. Very welcoming staff and attentive to our needs. Very comfortable bed, the furniture would need a renewal though. The balcony and some places would need some love. Girls' stay to do again.

Spent 3 days at this place and it is magnificent, the room was perfect, the BR+ spa experience was a real plus to do absolutely. The service was outstanding. A moment of pure relaxation to do again absolutely. I will go back for sure. It will be a little annual meeting with myself
