Grazioso hotel in posizione centrale , vicino al Casinò e alle terme . Camere pulite e carine , hotel molto silenzioso ideale per rilassarsi. Personale gentilissimo e presente , colazione fantastica e buon ristorante. Per essere un 3 stelle é molto meglio di molti 4 stelle in cui ho soggiornato .

Abbiamo alloggiato nel loro residence. Monolocale per 3 persone. Con un letto alla francese e un lettino singolo divisi solo da un armadio. Vicino al letto neanche una presa elettrica. Non sembrava neanche lo stesso appartamento delle foto. All’arrivo non ci hanno dato tutte le informazioni. Spesso il Wi-Fi era spento. Da foglio appeso in camera apprendiamo che è compresa la pulizia giornaliera. Da foglio appeso in ascensore si doveva pagare 15€ per la pulizia. La prima sera al rientro a mezzanotte abbiamo trovato il sacco dell’immondizia mezzo pieno abbandonato nell’atrio accanto all’ascensore. Mai più!

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per 4 notti con mio marito e la mia bimba di 10 mesi e mezzo , una camera vintage,spaziosa,pulita,era una camera matrimoniale con vista montagna e città molto bella. Bagno pulito,con tutti i servizi necessari. Insomma una bella camera. Colazione con i prodotti del territorio,buonissime le torte già dalla sera non vedevo l’ora di svegliarmi. Staff pronto ad aiutarmi con la mia bimba,rimanevano a disposizione fino le 4 del mattino. Tutti molto socievoli soprattutto con una bimba così piccola che poteva fare un po’ di rumore. Ma l’hanno accolta con tanto sorriso. Qualità prezzo buona. Consiglio per chi vuole andare in zona Saint Vincent. Se dovessi dare un consiglio,preferirei che gestissero loro anche il ristorante..i gestori del ristorante non ci hanno riservato lo stesso trattamento.

War sicher früher mal besser
Rezeption war super freundlich und das Einchecken sehr unkompliziert. Hauptkritikpunkt ist der Zustand der Unterkunft. Zimmerkarte funktioniert nicht, Schlüssel an der Tür ging nicht immer gut, alles ist am Verfallen. Fenster im Bad konnte nicht geschlossen werden, es regnete in das Bad und man konnte nichts machen. Schimmelbefall im Bad. Gleichzeitig wirbt die Unterkunft mit ihrer 8.8 draussen, naja. Interior ist überdurchschnittlich, sogar eine Fuss-Wanne ist vorhanden und Dusche super und relativ viel Platz vorhanden.

Positives and negatives
Firstly the staff are lovely and very helpful. The room was very dated and tatty, it needed refurbishing. We stayed two nights, the air con initially wasn’t working and once the lovely gentleman got it working it was almost non existent. The air con unit was full of dust, I doubt it had been serviced for years and barely worked the first night and on the second night it didn’t work at all, I got no sleep as I was so hot. On the positive side the location is amazing, the breakfast was lovely and the lady who worked in the restaurant was amazing and couldn’t do enough for you.
