Nel complesso un ottimo hotel. Stanze spaziose e comode. Ottima climatizzazione in stanza con regolazione affidabile. Meno buona la regolazione dell'illuminazione con pannelli non intuitivi per accendere spegnere e regolare l'intensità luminosa dell'ambiente. Personale gentile ed efficiente anche per supporto extra standard. Climatizzazione troppo accentuata (fredda) nello spazio congressi e bottiglie di plastica per l'acqua che per sensibilità ambientale consiglio di eliminare. Non ho usato bar e servizi di ristorazione.

Ho partecipato ad una convention e nella camera a me assegnata ho riscontrato quanto segue. Capello sul cuscino Mega ragnatella dietro porta del bagno Formiche nel bagno inoltre dal piano superiore mentre hanno la doccia aperta nella camera si sente il rumore dell acqua pari ad una vasca in riempimento, sfortunatamente per me gli ospiti al piano superiore usufruivano della doccia all alba svegliandomi anticipatamente. Per un 4 stelle questo non è accettabile

Complimenti all'eccellenza italiana! 10 e lode alla Spa e ai trattamenti (ho fatto massaggio e pulizia del viso) e alla stanza perchè fornita di una cabina armadio e bagno veramente spazioso e moderno ben attrezzato (vasca, doccia ecc), molto pulita. Molto bravi anche alla reception, ottimo il servizio garage. Molto belli e ampi gli spazi comuni. Se devo trovare qualcosa da migliorare sempre mantenendo un giudizio ottimo: la colazione (tanti dolci buoni ma poca frutta solo ananas e melone e una macedonia mista) e il ristorante (bravi anche loro ma sul menù aggiungerei qualche piatto anche classico e avendo mangiato al secondo turno il mio risotto era molto cotto).

fantastisch renoviertes altes gebäude. zimmer mit toller aussicht. sehr reichhaltiges und qualtativ hochwertiges frühstück. aber …. keine auffahrt zur rezeption für rollkoffer. in der dusche kein haltegriff. in beide schwimmbäder kommt man nur über leitern (rutschig) und nicht über eine treppe. die beiden oberkellner im restaurant benehmen sich hochnäsig und arrogant und die meisten kellner sind ungeschult. die bademeister hingegen strahlen sympathie aus und machen einen superjob. die rezeption ist total überbesetzt mit teilweise inkompetenten personen.

The hotel is spacious and features conference rooms, a bar, a restaurant, and a swimming pool. The rooms are functional and clean. We were disappointed with the service and the quality of the food. The staff speaks little or no English. The price/performance ratio is not good.
