The springs of the beds dig into our backs. There are no towels and the air conditioning does not work. I do not recommend it. I would even say avoid it.

Nous apprenons sur place que le restaurant est fermé pour les fêtes, que le parking reste ouvert la nuit. Nous avons subi difficilement l'absence de chauffage dans la salle de bain; la chambre, elle, bénéficiait d'une clim poussive et inefficace (14°)

Chambre réservee 15 jours avant avec contrainte de rez de chaussée confirmee, puis 2éme requete de lits jumeaus confirmée aussi par mail. Arrivé à l'hotel, on me propose une chambre à l'étage en lit simple ... Je demande a la personne à l'accueil de verifier les mails qui me dit que c'est plein et qu'il ne peut pas changer, et que de toute façon, on est en 2024 et que le le client n'est pas roi ... C'est comme ça qu'on accueil un client ??? Inutile de dire que cet hotel que j'utilisais regulierement est rayé de ma liste. Pour le retour du trajet j'ai choisi un autre hotel tout proche, qui est beaucoup mieux, et merite beaucoup plus ses 3 étoiles, et merite grandement les qques euros de plus, Ce campanile devient vétuste ...

Chambre propre mais si cela s'appelle new generation, j'appelle ça new vintage. Qualité moyenne pour la chambre. Bon service. Petit déjeuner et repas moyen pour le prix(chauffage cf photo, pommeau de douche ne tient pas, les serviettes de toilettes ne sentaient pas très bon. Je suis déçue, ce n'est plus du tout pareil qu'avant les Campaniles.
