L'emplacement de l'hôtel vue sur la baie et a proximité des restaurants et de toute commodité - le personnel souriant - aux petits soins - petit déjeuner copieux - meme s'il n'y a pas de parking privé ce n'est pas un problème pour se garer (en semaine) et les clients bénéficient de réduction - rien à redire - je recommande sans problème

chambre vue sur la baie de somme , magnifique, literie très confortable, personnel adorable, petit déjeuner au top vraiment nous avons passé un moment très agréable et il est évident que si nous revenons a saint valéry nous savons ou nous passerons la nuit, encore merci pour tant de gentillesse et de sourires

Excellente situation dans le cœur de Valery, accueil chaleureux et de bon conseil, personnel attentif. Chambre confortable et calme avec une superbe vue. Hôtel répondant à toutes mes attentes. Ce sera mon pied à terre lors de mes futures escapades en baie de Somme.

J'avais réservé deux nuits (vendredi et samedi 20 et 21 décembre 2024 mais j'ai dû annuler une nuit le soir de mon arrivée. Malheureusement, j'ai trouvé que la gestion de cette annulation manquait de souplesse. Le gardien de nuit m'a conseillé de voir avec la responsable le lendemain pour discuter des conditions d'annulation, mais lorsque j'ai abordé le sujet, il m'a été clairement indiqué que l'annulation n'était pas possible, j'ai payé 100% du séjour alors que la ville et l'hôtel étaient vides) sans même la possibilité de reporter la nuit à une autre occasion, ce que j'avais pourtant espéré. J'aurais apprécié une approche plus flexible et plus compréhensive, surtout dans des circonstances exceptionnelles comme celle-ci. Dommage, car l'emplacement et l'accueil étaient plutôt agréables.
