非常滿意，是我一滴次給到滿分了，服務人員從門口開始就無微不至的服務，進了房間所有都準備好了，送了眼罩，筆記本還有刮鬍刀也是和一品牌合作的，不是一次性的！小吧枱裏所有的東西都是免費的（除了蠟燭）但是東西真的很多！游泳池也是恆温的！走了還給小朋友送了不少東西！很貼心！下次有機會住下他們其他酒店

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans ce très bel hôtel situé au coeur du village de Saint Tropez. très bel endroit avec un magnifique jardin parfait pour des moments de détente ou de gastronomie au bord de la piscine. L'accueil a été fort sympathique , logé dans une très belle chambre avec tout ce que l'on peut imaginer et même plus , de délicates attentions nous attendaient .... petit déjeuner parfait et délicieux. Un séjour finalement trop cour, nous reviendrons merci pour votre gentillesse.

We had the most amazing and memorable stay in Airelles Pan Dei Palais in Saint Tropez. The exclusive property has 12 rooms and loved the story and history behind this boutique hotel. The personalized service wowed us. The location, the property, the room, the restaurant, the amenities and the hospitality was truly incredible. Highly recommend this wonderful property.

Pour répondre à une invitation nous sommes retournés dîner au Pan Dei. L'accueil de l'ensemble du personnel et le cadre sont toujours aussi chaleureux. Le responsable de la restauration a su nous orienter vers des plats à notre convenance. Cette fois-ci les suggestions étaient excellentes et nous avons vraiment passé un bon moment. Lorsque tout va bien il faut le reconnaître ! Nous restons sur cette bonne impression qui a effacé la précédente et nous renouvellerons certainement l'expérience aux beaux jours.

This property is stunning in every way. Every detail from the decor to gracious staff to all of the fine high quality appointments throughout the property. Only the finest quality items are used throughout. I highly recommend it for a relaxing holiday or short getaway. The location is easy to access and it is only a short walk to many designer stores and the stunning port of Saint Tropez. Also, the Citaldel is just a few blocks up from the front door of the hotel where you will find breathtaking views of the city and Mediterranean Sea.

Cadre agréable et personnel accueillant (ce qui justifie les deux étoiles). Pour le reste c'est une grosse déception. Une suggestion : le rable de lapin à 45€ qui aurait mérité un retour immédiat en cuisine. Pour ma conjointe, un plat principal en sauce qui s'apparentait à une soupe au poulet. Après la soupe en entrée c'est bis repetita... Pourtant ce n'était pas la bousculade en cette période de l'année et on s'attendait à bien mieux.
