Thoroughly enjoyed our stay from check in to check out. Very friendly staff, comfortable clean room with very comfortable bed. Very thoughtful little touches which were appreciated including a St Tropez bag with beach towels at check out. We will definitely return and highly recommend the hotel.

Un séjour tout simplement génial au Lou Cagnard ! La chambre était magnifique, décorée avec goût, propre et très confortable. Le service était vraiment au top du début à la fin, avec une attention aux détails qui fait toute la différence. Un immense merci à Lio et Maza pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité tout au long du séjour. C’est grâce à des personnes comme vous que les vacances deviennent inoubliables !

Do not stay at this hotel, it’s just a room nothing more it’s one of the worst I’ve stayed at room was tiny after paying £3450 for four nights it’s terrible find somewhere else to stay , we could not go in the swimming pool it was filthy and loads of bugs no pool service it’s a joke , only good thing is location, also no phone in the room , hardly any coffee pods to make coffee never paid so much for a hotel that offers so little

We booked very late and had limited options for a hotel - I was worried about booking this with so many 1 star reviews but it was fine. Definitely not a 4 star hotel but fine. It was a great location with beautiful (but buggy) gardens. Our room was large, it was clean. The pool was very dirty while we were here. Breakfast was good - staff was nice. Overall we had a decent stay.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life. Despite the staff trying their best, the hotel is completely disorganized. The air conditioning has a pump issue and makes a loud noise every 5 minutes — it’s impossible to sleep. The problem was reported in the morning and should have been fixed, but nothing was done. Total disregard for the guest. Even knowing the room was not in proper condition, they rented it out anyway. Zero stars!

This is a charming boutique hotel in a fantastic location . Very convenient for all shopping and harbour. Breakfast is such a beautiful experience in the hotel gardens. The wonderful Maza on reception is such a wonderful concierge. Super helpful and always smiling . An asset to the hotel . Accommodation is perfectly functional as you would find in a period property .

Super herziges Hotel mit einem wunderschönen Garten. Alle Zimmer sind frisch renoviert und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Perfekte Lage: in nur 5 Gehminuten von der Place des Lices entfernt. Das Frühstück war sehr liebevoll angerichtet und man konnte es im traumhaften Garten geniessen. Das Gastgeberpaar Marine & Quentin war sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.

Les chambres très propres mais sont très mal insonorisées Pas de boisson dans le frigo mini bar en plein été Pas de tel pour joindre la réception quand les voisins sont bruyants. La responsable un peu autoritaire et rigide vous demande de libérer le parking le jour du départ à 13h, alors qu’à 16 h il reste 15 places dans le parking, qui au demeurant est le point fort de l’hôtel ( malgré la hauteur des bois qui délimitent les places et qui gênent l’ouverture des portières) Tarif élevé , décalé du service proposé.
