THIEVES! We purchased a 5k hotel room and because we weren't able to make it the day of check in, instead we were late by a day because of travel issues in which we told them about the night of check in, they acted like our reservation did not exist then IGNORED us. Only after we made an issue out of being ignored they only offered us one night out of our entire stay which was about 3 days. Then after we tried to get a refund they denied and stole our money. Disgusting management, disgusting hotel, disgusting customer service and disgusting experience.

Hier kannst du mitten in St. Trop in Ruhe logieren. Und auch noch dein Auto auf dem - nachts mit Tor gesicherten - Hotelparkplatz parken. Perfekt! Olivier hat sich optimal um uns gekümmert und seine Restaurant-Tips waren sehr hilfreich. Das Frühstück war schmackhaft. Abends sind alle Lokalitäten fussläufig easy vom Hotel aus erreichbar.

Beautiful Hotel with best service
We had a very nice time at Lou Cagnard .4 nights ☀️ It is not very big so you feel at home . It has a wonderful terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast. The breakfast is simple but high quality, we can only recommend to take that also. The staff is very friendly and we will definitely come back. The hotel is close to Place du Lice and all the fancy shops, the old Harbour etc. Could not have wished for a better place to stay. We did not use our car at all.

Amazing stay
Loved this hotel! Just a few minutes from the main attractions of St Tropez and with parking on site. The room was great and very private. And of course the garden where they serve breakfast was simply amazing: so peaceful and relaxing. We had a wonderful stay. Finally the staff was exceptional and beyond friendly. Special thanks to Marine. Loved everything about this place. 💖

Better options.
Very overrated and overpriced. The room size is small with a poor layout. Good location. Parking is expensive. The hotel is clean and aesthetically appealing and the staff are friendly.
But in no way is the high price reflective of the quality of the room.

Vi bodde på rum 28 och hade utsikt över poolen.
Den är ett lugnt område och en fantastisk frukostbuffé. Det enda negativa var att det var väldigt lyhört mellan rummen.
Vi bodde i det nybyggda annexet.
Kan varmt rekommendera detta
