Could not be more incensed. My daughter had food poisoning in early July 2024 and vomited on the bed and floor and they flat out refused to change the bedding or help clean the room. This is supposedly a 5 star hotel and they didn’t even have the basic decency to help clean the room. We were told to wait until the next morning for housekeeping. Beyond disgraceful

Absolutely amazing Hotel, Staff and Service. Thibaut and his Team run the hotel with passion, kindness and precision that very few of five star hotels offer. we had an amazing stay there for our wedding with a beautiful room. Great housekeeping service, great breakfast and really hundred percent attention to detail across all points. We will definitely be back and thank you very very much!

It is always a beautiful experience at the Yaca, It starts the minute the most helpful valet parking opens the car, the joy and welcome at the reception, the nod from the concierge that all is in order and then off to enjoy a relaxing refreshment at the poolside bar before a very fine dinner at the hotel restaurant. And not to forget, looking forward to the best scrambled eggs in the world. Just the perfect combination of privacy and friendliness. Thank you Thibaut and the entire team.

Penso sia la migliore scelta per una albergo di lusso in città. Non necessita di macchina dato la posizione centralissima. Per andare al mare si può usufruire gratuitamente del loro servizio navetta, i ragazzi del trasporto sono fantastici. Il servizio è semplicemente impeccabile. Mohammed, è di tutto quello di cui avrete bisogno per organizzare una vacanza da sogno. Sa quali sono i posto must, e provvede all’organizzazione meticolosa di ogni vostra giornata. Ecco lui fa la differenza! Consiglio di provare anche il ristorante, decisamente buono.

My friend and I stayed here to celebrate her Birthday and it was one of the best experiences I have ever had. When you walk in, it feels like home away from home with the most friendly and kind people welcoming you to the hotel. The concierge, Mohammed, organized all of our reservations and made excellent recommendations. Also, the hotel’s location is super central and it is very easy to walk anywhere you need to go to. I will absolutely be back!

Bonjour, Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, et nous reviendrons, l'hôtel est magnifique, idéalement placé, le personnel est très accueillant, sympathique et professionnel, la cuisine du restaurant est Top, Seul tout petit bémol, si je peux me permettre, une remarque constructive, la chambre 55 donnant sur la rue est un peu limite, Mais la prochaine fois, nous essaierons une autre chambre...!!! It was already excellent but they know every year to extend the limits of excellence . The service is friendly but professional. Momo, the concierge, can get you anywhere at the last minute . The restaurant is quiet, in a fantastic garden and the food deserves easily two star Michelin. The owners , Laurence and Francois are there everyday making sure every single detail is perfect.

This is one of the top 3 hotels i've stayed at, in over 50 years of international travel. It's the perfect location in Saint-Tropez - right in the old part of town, easy short walk to the port, surrounded by small shops and restaurants. The room is beautifully appointed - it feels quite luxurious without being stuffy. Bed and linens and towels all very nice. We loved our patio balcony and the beautiful view of the water (over the tops of adjacent buildings). The staff is helpful and very present, without being overbearing. The pool is intimate and comfortable. And the breakfast!!! One of the best memories of our stay! I recommend this hotel whole-heartedly.

Jeder Aufenthalt in diesem Haus ist ein Gesamtkunstwerk aus Service, Qualität und Design. Wir kamen schon zum dritten Mal wieder und waren aufs Neue begeistert von den zusätzlichen Details, die das Team perfekt umgesetzt hat. Die ganz individuellen Zimmer sind fantastisch und der Pool plus Frühstücksbereich einfach zauberhaft. Am Abend eines der top Restaurants in Saint-Tropez. Concierge Service ist outstanding in Le Yaca.
