Short Walk to the Village and Pier - Ground Floor Unit Please come enjoy our home away from home- "Sweet T" on St Simons Island. The gated Harbour Oaks community offers a quiet, relaxed neighborhood vibe and is located close to St Simons Pier and Village. 213 Harbour Oaks has been fully and beautifully renovated with casual décor and ground floor convenience. The comfortable and inviting custom layout features a casual open floor plan for up to 8 to enjoy. We believe Sweet T is the most beautiful unit in Harbour Oaks. THE SPACE - The Primary Suite features a king bed, en suite bath with walk-in shower and new flat screen TV with cable. - A second bedroom features a queen bed and is decorated in a coastal palm motif. - A third bedroom is configured to sleep up 3 - a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and twin on the top. It's perfect for the kids, but the décor is neutral so guests of any age will be at home here. - The sunroom area is a very relaxing space with a daybed by large corner windows overlooking greenspace. - Our favorite spot is our tranquil back patio and sitting area, perfect for breakfast or an evening beverage and conversation by the pond. Harbour Oaks is known for its LOCATION! Visitors to St Simons want to be near the Pier, Village, Lighthouse, and of course the beach. Harbour Oaks gives you that great location, but in a setting that is peaceful and serene. We are next to Mallery Park and less than half a mile to the beach and Village - St Simons' social center. This area hosts many of the island's restaurants and shops, has the fishing/crabbing pier, a huge oceanfront park, Splash Zone, mini golf, and of course the St Simons lighthouse. It's close enough to walk, which we always enjoy. Other exclusive Harbour Oaks amenities include tennis courts, a beautiful pool and fitness center which are available for residents and guests. We invite you to come and enjoy "Sweet T"! Tom and Cassie For coffee lovers among us, we have a Keurig machine and a drip coffee for your use, or try our local coffee shop - Palm Coast Coffee. And of course St Simons has a Starbucks! Located on the south end of the Island, St. Simons Pier Village district serves as the downtown social hub and is a popular destination for shopping, dining and gathering on the pier and nearby lighthouse, playground and picnic areas. Overlooking the ocean and Jekyll Island across the way, you'll find the St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum, Neptune Park with its ocean side pool and facilities, playground, miniature golf course, and an oak shaded picnic area, fishing pier, public library and theater. MORE INFO Pets: This is not a pet friendly home. No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general. Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend(last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups.We cannot make exceptions for that weekend. No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group. Booking Policy: Unfortunately we can't host reservations that create 1-2 night gaps. Tax Certificate: #126822 Must be age 25+ to book. For GAFL weekend, guests must be age 30+ or kids with their parents, no student groups; we cannot make exceptions for that weekend. Property is in a quiet neighborhood, please take any noise inside after 10pm per Glynn County noise ordinance. This is a no-smoking property. No parties, events, or weddings. For pet friendly properties, a $150 pet fee applies. Dogs only, limited to 30lbs or less. Guests will be asked to sign the rental agreement.
