Chambre sympa, mais bon quand on se douche on met de l’eau partout dans la salle de bain et que dire de tout le reste….déplorable ! Nous avons attendu 15’ à l’accueil avant d’être pris en charge….coupure de courant dans l’hôtel en plein match du tournoi des 6 nations Irlande-France 🤬 Petit déjeuner déplorable qui n’est absolument pas dans le standing d’un 4*. Il fallait toujours réclamer pour avoir des produits, aucun réassort des produits manquants, pas d’assiette ni de verre pour se servir….pire , quand j’ai fait mes œufs à la coques ils sont ressortit tout bleu (voir photo)…l’eau était bleu et avait une très forte odeur de vinaigre ! Et puis j’avais réservé une prestation avec accès à l’espace bien être, mais le jacuzzi était en panne 🤬 (ce que je préfère dans un SPA)…il ne restait plus que le sauna et une pauvre douche « sensorielle »….navrant ! Même pas de boisson proposée dans cet espace bien être (eau ou tisane comme pourtant recommandé de boire sur une affichette). Personnel jeune, sûrement sous-payé et dépassé par les événements… À FUIR

C est une honte un hôtel 4 étoiles sans personnel , pas de téléphone, plus d accueil à 19h, pas de planche repas comme Indiqué. C est du vol à main armée. Un hôtel digne d une chambre d hôte. Le peu de personnel n y est pour rien Mais a fuir c est vraiment une honte

Cette hôtel 4 étoiles est une chambre d hôtes … tarif excessif pour la prestation. 820€ 3 nuits. Deux filles pour gérer 13 chambres Elles partent à 19h. Pas de veilleur de nuit Pas de réception Personne ne répond au telephone Direct sur messagerie. À la carte vous avez des planches Soit saumon soit charcuterie soit fromages mais en fait il n y a rien Aucune livraison. Nous sommes en plus en week-end. Une honte du vol à main armée Fuyez !!!!

Lieu magnifique et de caractère, accueil chaleureux, séjour extrêmement agréable. Nous avons passé un moment extrêmement agréable. Tout est mise en oeuvre pour que vous passiez un très bon séjour. Nous avons profiter de la Sinti Valentin et nous ne regrettons pas, même en hiver !

Lovely stay.
We had a corner room on second floor and it was lovely. The only thing I’d like them to do is put in heavier drapes. Too much light came through the windows. The yard was gorgeous and breakfast was excellent.

Beautiful inn, beautiful staff!
It’s a beautiful building and property. Breakfast is included and served by a super friendly staff. The manager, Gabriella is very friendly and makes you feel like family. Also a big shout out to Olivia, who also works at Max Valentines. Thanks for a lovely time!

Lovely stay and staff
Great hotel and staff especially the front desk ladies who helped with all our queries and arranged for a taxi / driver for our stay. Would help if the hotel pointed out the lounge and bar area as they could benefit more use especially if you are looking to enjoy a drink before heading out of an evening. Overall would recommend this hotel as it’s ideally placed for heading into Saint Remy.
