Отель очень приятный, стильный, шикарные виды из ресторана на 18-м этаже.
А жить не очень комфортно. У меня в номере были забиты сливы и в раковине, и в душе. Работала только одна розетка (очень неудобно). На 3 дня - одна бутылка воды 0,5, запасы воды и чая ни разу не пополнялись. Предполагается, что гости ходят к кулеру на этаже и наливают воду. Но кулер по высоте рассчитан на стаканы (которых возле него нет), а народ приходит с бутылками, поэтому… возле кулера всегда лужа.
Сложилось впечатление, что номера плохо готовят перед заездом гостей. Оно особенно усилилось, когда в один из дней я проснулась в 7 утра, оттого что у меня в туалете полилась с потолка вода.
Сантехник, надо сказать, пришел мгновенно! Но общаться с сантехником и другими мастерами, собираясь на работу, вообще-то, неудобно.
На фоне этих неудобств другие выглядят менее значительными: неприветливые сотрудники ресепшен; не работающая карточка в тренажерный зал (оказывается, хотя эта услуга входит в проживание, нужно отдельно ходить на ресепшен и программировать карточку). Впрочем, у другой гостьи, с вроде как запрограммированной карточкой, дверь в зал в 20.45 все равно не открылась (по графику у них зал до 21.00).
А что хорошего было? Рум-сервис! Еду в номер доставляют быстро, и она вкусная.
