房子雖然很多年，但是裏面保養的還挺好的，有點家庭旅館的親切感，房間不大，設施也比較簡單，但是一個人出行還是挺温馨的，周邊非常乾淨，離沙灘也比較近。公交車去哪裡都挺方便的。性價比還是不錯的。

This was our second stay at Inn on Third and we had another lovely break here. Brian and his team make you feel so welcome as soon as you walk through the door and the hotel is so homely, comfortable and like home from home. The bedroom was very comfortable,immaculately clean and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. We enjoy the breakfast experience as you meet so many guests from all over the world and the food selection is just right for setting you up for a day of adventure. Locally the hotel is a short walk to shops and restaurants and you can take a trolly bus which you can hop on and off as you want. We had a great time and once again hope to be back next year.

Had a great two night stay. Brian and Stephanie were great hosts despite Brian being a Leeds United supporter 😂. The hotel is not a luxury 5 star hotel but it has a lovely quaint vibe, comfortable clean rooms, some nice touches like a social hour in the lounge were you get yourself a free drink and a chat. We only stayed two nights but wushed we coukd have done more. If we ever returned to Florida will definitely have a few nights back at the Inn On the Third.

We stayed a couple nights while in town visiting family. They were very welcoming, friendly, & helpful. We needed two rooms for our stay. They were able to give us rooms directly across from each another. Rooms were clean & tidy, beds comfy, AC & ceiling fans for your comfort. Plenty of drawers and closet space. This old inn is charming and the location can’t be beat! We will return when in town!

This was my second time staying at the Inn, and it will be my go-to lodging every time I come to St. Pete. It's a very charming place: for me, it reminds me of something out of an old black-and-white movie from the 1940s or 50s: slightly shabby, but very clean and full of character. The owners and employees are lovely, and there is a convenient parking lot adjacent to the property. Why stay at some cookie-cutter Marriott or Hyatt when you can stay at The Inn on Third and have a much more memorable experience?
