We checked in around 8pm and the service desk already shutdown at 6pm without any clerk to support. The bartender showed us our room key in the mailbox. The room is too old and the water is not running in the sink. We have to wash faces and brush teeth in the bathtub. The service desk did not give us the compliment parking card to park our car in garage as promised. We have to paid for our parking overnight. I do not recommend to any guests

The Cordova Inn was very friendly. Kayla the manager was so accommodating. The days we were there was during the storm, Helene, Kayla handle every situation with patience, caring, and a smile. Kayla stayed through storm. Loved the historic part of the hotel. It was very safe in the storm. The only problem the lights went out and no backup generator. You should look into getting a backup. It does get very hot in the room. The room does have ants. Love the basket idea!

This review is for the bar inside the inn, called The Scott. I just have to shout out the bar and especially Eli the bartender. The cocktails here are phenomenal - especially the espresso martini! They brew the espresso there for you! Anyhow, Eli makes incredible cocktails, and will make pretty much you ask for off menu. The happy hour during the week is amazing too! Untouched for locals! Highly recommend

Just had a wonderful five nights stay at The Cordova Inn. Although they are going through some remodeling, Kayla, Sydney, and Karel made sure that we were as comfortable as possible all the while asking if we need anything. You just can’t beat the history of this quaint little spot. The bar area on the first lobby floor is an absolute gem. One of my favorite things was as I was walking down the steps to start out my day, the aroma of from the coffee was spectacular. You just can’t beat the location as well. My only thing was that with the initial check-in, I was informed that there was an additional, nonrefundable and $130 fee. There was not anything online stating there will be additional costs once checked in. It was that additional fee as to why I did not leave a tip in the room. Just a suggestion, but you need to waiver that so the people who are cleaning the rooms can financially benefit. By the time you add the fees/cost online to $130 “pop up” fee, the cost of the advertised room feels a little “bait and switch” and the cost of your room goes from advertised $120/night to really it being $150/night and/or the complimentary parking doesn’t feel so complimentary. But with that being said, it did not take away from the pleasant stay that I had. You couldn’t ask for a more accommodating staff!!

The Cordova Inn bar is FAB!!! The bartenders Elijah and Derek took great care of our group and shook shook shook some tasty beverages. One of the most creative and diverse bar menus in St. Pete!! Not to mention coffee and great mocktail for those not partaking in drinking! 10/10

The hotel is very old and undergoing some construction to add new buildings. The room was specious but very old and outdated. The bathroom was very small, barely enough space for 1 person. The shower was very old and in bad condition. A lot of construction noise and workers were walking back and forth right in front of my window on the 2nd floor. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The bar downstairs was the best part, always great bartenders, making really good cocktails. I would not stay there again but I would visit the bar. I have to add that we were offered a different room, away from construction site but the room was a lot smaller and had no refrigerator, so we decided to stay.

We are staying at another hotel in St. Pete but wandered into The Cordova Inn because they have a craft cocktail bar called The Scott. A few hours and delicious cocktails later we were planning our next stay here. Eli the bartender was fantastic and genuinely one of the nicest people we’ve encountered here. He introduced us to Kayla, the guest experience coordinator, who shared with us some history of the hotel and showed us one of their rooms. She was also amazing and friendly as can be. We look forward to our next visit to stay here and see these two. 5/5 recommend.

Classy little inn in a great location in the center of downtown St. Pete. Our room was small, but perfect for the two of us, and the decor was super charming. Kayla and the rest of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. It's quaint and feels very historic, so don't go in expecting a lot of amenities, but the lobby and downstairs cafe had a great vibe. Wish we could have stayed longer!
