From the moment my boyfriend and I walked through the doors, we were met with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. The front desk staff—especially Marina and Aldo—went above and beyond to make our stay truly unforgettable. We had arrived earlier than expected, and Aldo stepped in to ensure we got into our room as soon as possible. While we had time to kill, we visited a few local destinations upon Marinas recommendations. Her shared knowledge of the area helped us make the most of our time. The hotel’s aesthetic is beautiful on its own, but what really gives this place its charm is the people. Every interaction we had in the lobby felt vibrant and personal. Marina, the front desk supervisor, is a standout. Her energy is infectious, and it’s clear she values and uplifts her team—something that shines through in the service they provide. Thank you for helping make this trip so special and unforgettable. We hope to return again soon!!

The staff is amazing here. 🤟 !!!!!!!!!!!!! Bartenders, security, dockside Dave aka the harbor master… 🏆 thank you for creating a fantastic experience for me and my pack of animal friends. Goats, raccoons, guinea pigs, and big dawgs! Love that we can have a bar to stop at on the way to another bar💁♀️🙏

This was one of the worst experiences I have had at a hotel and we travel often. We booked through travel zoo which has always been wonderful but our reservation was changed from a king ocean view to a double with no view. We were told that it was a preference and not set in stone because we didn’t pay full price by booking directly through the hotel. I would have never paid full price to stay here. There was a music festival that was open to the public which took up all the parking and we were without a spot. We were told to park on the side of the road or a dirt lot but as a paying customer, I shouldn’t have to. I was excited to get in the water but it was so dirty and smelled so bad that I didn’t want to get any where near it. The rooms have very thin walls as our neighbors were screaming back and forth until about 2 am. I called down to the lobby and got no answer. I sent a message through the app and no reply that way either. I couldn’t wait to leave and return home. I will never stay here again.
