Shady, rude woman at front desk. When I tried to check in she was requiring a $50 cash deposit from all guests, making them leave and come back with the cash. I inquired as to why she couldn't just put a hold on my CC, and if they have to inspect the room before I could get it back. She refused to answer. All I had was credit card, with no ability to get cash, so I was told to vacate the lobby and that I could not get a refund for my $96.16 for one night. When I explained that was all the money I had, she smiled and said, "no refunds". Stay away from this location. Look at the photos other guests have posted of the rooms, they are disgusting. Why $50 cash.......? I have conatced the Better Business Bureau as well.
