Four Seasons Hotel Lion Palace St. Petersburg

這是我第一次給五星酒店寫差評，我住過世界各地的豪華酒店，從未遇到如此荒謬的事情，預訂的時候看到是聖彼得堡排名第一的奢華酒店，來了才發現無論是外觀還是裏面都一般般，迷你吧裏面的可樂和氣泡水都要收費。重點來了：酒店沒有請打掃房間的牌子，電話上有個打掃專線，我們第二天出去時打電話過去明確的告訴對方可以打掃了，但是下午2點半回來的時候完全沒有動過，本來想休息一下傍晚再出去，衹能再次打電話過去，等到4點半下去投訴，正好遇到大堂經理，她表示歉意説馬上解決，（後來給了一盤水果）可是等我們6點鐘回來居然還在打掃，我們衹能到走廊坐着，我氣得當場血壓升高，沒想到一次愉快的旅行讓這家“奢華”酒店把好心情全給毀了！難道打掃房間不是酒店應該做的嗎？一個國際連鎖品牌酒店客房部沒有人聽得懂英語誰會信呢？但事實就是如此！ 還有一個細節，酒店提供的茶具杯具和洗漱用品檔次太低，浴帽和髮圈劣質到奇葩。總之這家酒店名不符實，讓我們體會到了什麼叫做花錢買罪受！

The hotel is conveniently located next to St. Isaac's Cathedral and less than 10 minutes' walk from the Hermitage. There is a coffee shop and Burch near the hotel, which is great and recommended!

The spa environment is good and you need to make an appointment in advance. Of course, the price is very high. For the price of a massage, you can enjoy a high-end spa outside the hotel. 5. Due to the epidemic, swimming pools and saunas cannot be entered without a Russian vaccine certificate, and the hotel will require a nucleic acid certificate valid during the stay (expedited nucleic acid testing is very expensive) The overall location and service are good. At this price, it’s a good choice, but you don’t have to have too high expectations.

Мы провели вечер в ресторане Percorso. Гости собирались в баре. Потом нас пригласили к столу, он был красиво украшен. Нам заранее предложили выбрать блюда, поэтому не приходилось ждать. Все было просто супер) В ресторане очень добрые, вежливые и отзывчивые сотрудники.

У Дома со львами шикарная локация – в самом сердце исторической части города, напротив Исакиевского собора. В отель прибыл в районе 9 утра. Пятизвездночный сервис не заставил себя долго ждать. К авто сразу же подбежали бравые ребята-портье, чтобы помочь с багажом. На стойке меня мило поприветствовали и сообщили, что заселение будет возможно только к 15:00.

1. Отель объективно уставший. Потертые ковры, грязные стены в номере. И это не про старину, эстетику и лоск. А про необходимость ремонта 2. Низкий уровень сервиса. Номер готов в 15.30. Даже люкс. Даже если там не было гостей в день приезда. Про эмпатию и прочее здесь не слышали 3. Завтрак. Все неплохо. Но кофе ждать 30 минут. Людей очень много. Столы стоят близко друг к другу. Качество еду на 3 из 5. Все блюда с яйцами были пересолены. Вафли сухие. 4. Бар. Отдельный привет хостес, которая упорно доказывала что все столы возле окон забронированы. За час никто естественно не пришел и 3 стола как были заняты во всем баре так и остались

Здравствуйте! Заселение от 20.06 номер 564. Приехали в 10:00. Предупредили, что приехали без питомца. В раннем заселении отказали. Хорошо, ждали 15:00. В номере, не смотря на то, что предупредили заранее об отсутствии питомца, обнаружили все необходимое для собаки. Очень мило, спасибо! Но кооперация между сотрудниками получается откровенно страдает. Или номер уже был готов очень давно. Вопрос? Почему мы тогда ждали заселения. В номере комплект полотенец, шампуней и т.д. Был только на 1 человек (заявлено заранее было 2). Отсутвовал бритвенный набор. Доносили очень долго. При заселении в 10:00 спросила где можно купить зарядку. На это очень милая девушка ответила, что у них есть кабели на айфон. По приходу в номере все 3 кабеля не работали. Осталась без связи. На что администор Никита очень недовольно ответил, что все кабели заняты, извинений не принес. Еще ночь без связи, лучше бы купила изначально, а не надеялась на сотрудников. На следующий день вечером обнаружили на своей двери табличку, что якобы мы просили не беспокоить, поэтому номер не убрали. Ничего такого не было. Никаких табличек не вывешивали мы сами, никого не просили НЕ убираться. Сам по себе отель очень роскошный, хорошее спа, все чисто. Шикарное расположение. НО работа сотрудников просто ужас. Сервис ужасный. Человечкий фактор испортил все впечатление об отеле.

By the way, at Four Seasons, rooms with terraces are smaller in area than similar categories of rooms without a terrace, but at the same time, they cost a little more. If we talk about the winter period, then the terrace as such does not make much sense. Therefore, of course, it’s difficult to call it a full-fledged upgrade, but I still agreed to it. Also, this room category has some more nuances, but more on that later 😊 I had to wait longer than planned for check-in - I only got into the room at the beginning of the fourth, having met a girl from room service there who was delivering the last glasses. I don’t know what caused such a delay in check-in. Perhaps the reason lies in a major interstate event, which during the period of my residence took place in St. Petersburg. I got room 565 on the 5th floor. The room is quite small in size, but at the same time very cozy. Decorated with light shades of classic palace style. The design features of the room were somewhat surprising, namely a small staircase leading from the corridor to the main room. It would seem that there are only 4 steps, but when sorting things out, each step makes itself felt in the form of lost calories, and at night you need to be as careful as possible 😊 I was impressed by the bathroom. This room can truly be called a full-fledged room. There is even a TV built into the mirror part. All the classic attributes of cosmetic accessories were also present. I was pleasantly surprised by the presence of sea bath salts. The cosmetics were presented by the Acqua di Parma brand. Of the minuses, I would note the lack of scales and the absence of toothpaste in one of the dental kits. Also, having a sewing kit would be helpful. Still, in a hotel of this level, such little things should be mandatory. The main room is quite elegant. A canopy develops above the bed with an abundance of pillows, which is probably intended to give guests a feeling of belonging to the highest nobility 😊 Next to the bed there is a portable speaker. However, the method of connecting it to the phone remained a mystery to me. I was disappointed by the lack of an ironing board and iron. In my opinion, in a 5* hotel such things should be in the room by default without any additional requests. Also, I would add a full length mirror to the room. A similar full-length mirror was only in the bathroom, which is not very convenient. To uv
